There are 3 points, not sure how much it is valid for 3* hotel, but still: - I would prefer some warm food for breakfast as well. While jamon and chorizo are of a great quality, I was also missing some scrambled eggs and sausages. - There we three of us I the room and you either have to open/close sofa all the time or the room becomes supertiny. - Not sure why Coffee Corner could not work 24/7....

Recently built/renovated hotel, very stylish, clean and comfy. Personnel is exceptionally helpful, polite and helpful. Location is great right in the middle of Centro, 5 minutes walking to the main beach, 15 min walk to Parte Vieja. Welcome during and Coffee Corner were nice additions. Expetional value for money.

All the staff, from reception and breakfast to the unsung hero's who make sure our room is perfect - everyone was spot-on. Location was superb, bang in the centre where we wanted to be. Very close to the bus station if you use the PESA bus from Bilbao. Ask reception for their recommendations. We weren't disappointed. If the banana milkshake is on offer at breakfast then grab it with both hands

Did not have a kettle in the room however this is very common in most hotels we have stayed at in Spain.

Lovely to be offered a welcome sparkling wine on arrival. Location was very good and could walk to most attractions. We could even hook into our Netflix on the smart TV.

The location was great for us, as we were only staying for one night (to break our journey) - the hotel is conveniently located for both Amara station and the main train station in San Sebastian. It's also very handy for the old town and the sea front. The staff were very helpful. Our room was upgraded, so we had a lovely bay window (overlooking the street). The room was fantastic! An excellent breakfast, complete with Basque cheesecake. The tea and coffee in the basement was a nice touch.

Everything met or exceeded expectations.

Fantastic hotel in a good location to walk to all the main locations including the beach and Old Town. Lovely comfortable room with a glasses in balcony. Cava on arrival and a picnic provided because we departed too early for the breakfast service. Delicious breakfast in a lovely room. Very helpful and considerate staff. Loved the fluffy towels! Highly recommend this hotel and will stay again.

Lack of slippers in the room. Small room although we booked the superior type. We requested for a double bed instead we got a twin. Although we knew that was upon availability, so far in our travels we never had to cope with that.

Helpful staff, very clean room, nice breakfast. Virginia in the breakfast area was very welcoming and caring about everything. She went the extra mile, suggesting us a trip to Zarautz and Getaria and a wonderful choice of restaurants. Happy to have met her! The hotel is in a great quiet location near the beach, bars, shops and restaurants within 5 minutes walk.

These a a few very points but don't stop the hotel getting a 10 from me! 1. A couple of coat hooks in the room would be good 2. The shower could have been more powerful 3. I didn't like receiving a payment link as there are so many scammers around these days. Would prefer to pay via Booking or at the hotel.

Great Hotel. Everything felt new and clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choice. Free coffee downstairs and a few free drinks in your mini bar. Nice size of place - not too big or too small. Easy walking distance of everything and close to the bus station.

There was only one waste basket. Normally hotels provide a waste basket in the bathroom, and another one in the bedroom. We noticed that there was no box of tissues provided in the bathroom. The two individual beds in our room had a really oversized sheets and bed covers which meant to be for a queen size beds. The sheets and bed spreads were on the floor.
