The dinner was average, we enjoyed eating out a bit more than the in-house restaurant. Not including the breakfast though, the breakfast is very good!

The pool area isn't quite finished but the hotel is still new so this will improve I'm sure. We would have preferred some sun loungers rather than chairs. The hotel is a little further out from central Seville so you do have to bear that in mind and expect either a bus ride or decent walk in.

The rooms were a great size, modern clean hotel and the breakfast was exceptional. Loved having the pool to cool down in from those hot Seville days. The terrace and bar area were great and my husband was happy they showed the football one evening!

The location was good in so far as it was near the train station but was a fair walk to most of the major sightseeing attractions. We had to use taxis a lot though this was due to a temporafy mobility issue. Otherwise we would have walked to most places despite the distances!

Hotel was very clean, fresh and bright. Really tastefully decorated and furnished. Staff were professional but friendly and helpful. Our room was nice. Bathroom and shower was great. Really appreciated bathrobes, slippers and the thoughtful supply of hair straighteners. Breakfast was fab! Really lovely selection of foods and drinks. We also had dinner in the restaurant. Food and drinks were really good and very reasonably priced. Restaurant staff were, again, friendly and helpful!!

The location. I should have checked to see, but this is near the train station and not an easy walk to downtown. If you are dining downtown, sometimes cabs are not easy to find, especially on Sunday so then walking back can be a good 35 mins. Cabs are not easily available at all times from the hotel, but the staff is very helpful and always call for one if you book in advance.

The staff was excellent, front office was friendly and efficient. rooms were very well appointed and housekeeping was VERY efficient. Overall this hotel was great to be at. Safe, secure, clean, and breakfast was fab.

The hotel is opposite the railway station, a pleasant 15 minutes walk from the centre/all main sights of Seville. This was not a problem for us however visitors should be aware. Taxis can be booked via the hotel which are around 7 euros each way and there are busses. There is an advantage with this location however as you are away from late night noise in the centre.

The hotel is very stylish with a luxurious feel from the moment you arrive. The staff were professional, friendly and helpful. From the moment we checked in we felt welcomed by everyone. The rooms are spacious, well serviced and soundproof. Underground parking was pre-booked in the underground car park which was safe and secure.

Location is not ideal if you want to discover the city, it's far away from the center.

This is a very nice hotel, with large rooms and bath. The room is very well equipped, new and modern. The lobby is also nice, and the staff is professional and very kind.

- it‘s a bit of a long walk to the center, BUT you can easily take the bus (which stops directly opposite the hotel) - parking was expensive (18€/night)

- the most beautiful hotel we ever stayed at!!! We would have given it 11 stars if we could - the rooms are amazing: huge, comfortable beds, luxurious bathrooms with a giant shower, etc. - the service was exceptional (free fruit at the pool, lovely staff, free sweets at reception and a glass of cava at check in) - the pool was a great benefit for sunny days

- Even though it's not stated on the hotel's website, the park isn't theirs but rather a public park located in the same building, accessible only from the outside. This wouldn't be a huge issue if the entrance wasn't old, dirty, dark and smelly. They should make it clear that the hotel doesn't have its own park but rather an agreement with a public park that doesn't belong to them. That way, it wouldn't leave the terrible impression of a degraded location associated with such a high-level hotel. If I was the manager of this place, I would definitely offer a valet parking service to avoid leaving such a bad impression of the location. - The bathroom sink is badly designed, and its cleanliness far from satisfactory. Just leaving the faucets open for 30 seconds causes water to overflow and bring all kinds of accumulated dirt from the unseen parts. There's a significant amount of visible mold in the corners of the stone (room 812), despite the hotel being only a few months old.

The staff is excellent, everyone is very friendly. The decoration is quite original. Beds are super comfortable. Excellent breakfast with original choices and a good variety of food and drinks.
