The place was clean, and they came every day to check and clean. The room isn't big, but it didn't matter to me. I foresee a little trouble for those with big big luggage (bigger than carryon). The staff is focused on our satisfaction. Be aware that there is no fridge (it didn't matter to me). We loved the cafeteria: espresso with unique taste than anywhere else in Barcelona.... we tried at least 7 other places/cafeteria where the taste was pretty much the same; also good food.

The hotel was great and the staff was nice and helpful! The cafe downstairs was lovely as well. The location was perfect, everything we wanted to see was within walking distance and there was a metro stop just a couple blocks away. There's always a supermarket right across the street and many convenience stores and restaurants nearby.

I did book a single room, so it was a bit small, but it would be nice to have a different type of small chair.

A really fantastic staff….so friendly, and helpful. My Spanish is very limited, and the staff were so charming about it that I did not feel awkward. They were so great that I have already booked a return trip for November. Also, I loved the location, in what seemed to be a very safe neighbourhood, and close to good restaurants with different priced menus.

The room is a bit illogically organized. Also it is hard to set the temperature .

The staff is very nice. If you arrive late they have a machine to check in and even pay. The room was nice and the bathroom was clean. It is close to the better station and downstairs there is a cafe.

The price is high, compared to the level of services (aligned, instead, with the crazy prices in Barcelona). No breakfast was included in about 170€/night and we - a couple - got only one shower gel for three nights and four days. A bit cheap…furthermore, the hallways smelled a little bit of mold.

The style of the hotel, the cleanliness and the kindness of the staff. The position is cool, although a bit far from the main attractions.

The location is convenient near the metro station. And the staff is SUPER NICE!!! Many thanks to you, we enjoyed the stay so much. Contacting them by whatsapp is also very convenient. And of course, the room is very good! the shower is also good. If you need a kettle, just let them know. btw, I also love the cafe on the ground floor.

The room was really really small, there was almost not enough room for our suitcases. And the only window was showing to the other rooms, so it it was always dark

One suggestion is if we can get some tea packets and kettle to boil hot water. A mini fridge to store cold drinks would be nice too.

Almost everything - the bed, the wardrobes and hanging racks for hanging clothes and also a super clean bathroom and bedroom. This is also one of the hotels that offer room cleaning service. The room itself is actually not too small, just perfect for one person. Close to Rocafort station and not too far from Barcelona-Sants Station for the high speed rail. But what's more amazing is the generous hospitality of the staff at the Cafe who offer fantastic coffee and breakfast! They speak good English and made me very comfortable with my stay.
