The only thing was breakfast was very very busy, maybe in the more popular months they have more set out so it’s less busy and cramped

Everyone working at the property were polite and very helpful, Marina the concierge was brilliant, very knowledgeable and booked us lots of nice restaurants and excursions.the guys on reception were very helpful as well when we needed to extend two of the rooms for a few hours.

I mean... nothing, technically. It was wonderful and probably everything that someone who expects this level of service is looking for.

I was staying here for work, and would never want to pay this much per night for a stay in a hotel, just because I have other spending priorities. BUT, it was a wonderful attentive experience, especially for those who want to be pampered. Staff was wonderful and friendly, and so helpful. For me, sometimes it felt a bit uncomfortable, because I'm used to staying in budget places, and doing two rounds of cleaning and night preparations folding open your blanket, rearranging your clothes, underwear... Still, comfortable beds, pillows, good working spot in the room. Great bathroom, clean, TV, airco works great... It ticks a lot of boxes, if not all of them... There are always taxis parked in front, but for the more independent travel, the tram is within walking distance too.

The restaurant was disappointing. We ordered garlic prawns to start, they did not taste quite right to both myself and my friend. We chose not to eat them. The staff offered us an alternative which we declined. The chef did not come to us to find out what we felt was wrong. When the bill came we had to pay for the dish. This is not the behaviour that I would expect from a restaurant in a five star hotel, very disappointed

A good distance from the city centre

Very clean room, friendly knowledgeable attentive staff, first class facilities (gym,spa,swimming pools etc) excellent restaurant for evening meals, 2 minute walk to the local beach with numerous beachside bars, cafe's and restaurants.

Nothing! Absolutely beautiful!

We loved the complementary check in drinks. The staff were on point! When we arrived we were shocked at how fantastic the place is! Definitely a place to visit for some luxury. We were celebrating our anniversary and had champagne in our room waiting. There is a heated pool which was warm and hot towels. It was amazing. The staff were lovely and friendly and we felt really comfortable. We couldn’t ask for anything more, a must go to from us! (Australian).

Location is good for the beach but if you’re using it for a city break then I’d suggest booking nearer the centre. Otherwise you’ll spend a little of time in taxis. 28 euros for breakfast not a good deal given the nearby restaurants and what they offer.

The bathroom and hence room had an unpleasant "drainy" smell on arrival. After reporting to reception there did seem to be some improvement, but unaware what the problem or solution was. There was a very noisy nightclub / bar nearby where the music went on until the early hours of the morning, which made sitting on the balcony in the evening not a very pleasant experience.

Nothing comes to mind except there was a smell of cigarettes when we first entered our room, this is because smoking is allowed on the balconies. So I assume the smell of cigarettes smoke wondered in from adjacent rooms.

We were “upgraded” to a 4th floor sea view room , however personally I believe that the 1st - 3rd floor rooms are better as they have larger balcony’s with sun loungers. The rooms were spacious, very clean and comfortable. Buffet breakfast was really nice , although a little expensive. The hotel is located right on the beach front, so long walks are possible with plenty of near by cafes and restaurants to stop at.

The shower was starting from above with cold water and was hard to switch! Spa is very small, and you pay 25 Eur per person per day! Mattress are movable and you can not stay comfortable in bed to watch TV!

Excelent parking, brakfast, beds, room-service, terrace but the view is poor even if you have sea view!
