The location is superb. The hotel is right in the old town. There are lots of lovely little streets full of quaint shops and restaurants to enjoy.

Incredible location, great facilities, lovely views, but what really makes this hotel so special is the wonderful team who work there. Truly the best service we’ve ever had. Also appreciate the little touches like the welcome drinks and free mini bar.

Upon arrival, we were given an extremely warm welcome (with drinks!) by the friendly and attentive staff on reception. We also received a free room upgrade to a suite - which was a very pleasant surprise. The room was spacious, comfortable, well lit and clean. Nice touches included: free drinks from the mini bar, crisp sheets, comfy pillows and weighty dressing gowns!

The images of the pool terrace are super misleading it looks like a big pool but it’s tiny - this can lead to disappointment of guests so I recommend you change it. Otherwise very nice everything

Had a great stay at this boutique hotel in the old town. All the main attractions and restaurants were within easy walking distance. The hotel breakfast had a superb, fresh selection of food. Our room was very clean and comfortable, however it was a little bit smaller than I was expecting. The rooftop space with little pool was a great addition. Best thing of all - the professional and friendly staff.

The room size was a little tight, but the room itself is very well appointed and clean.

Hotel Basilica was my centre for exploring Palma and Mallorca for 5 nights, and it turned out to be the perfect base for that. The hotel is very clean and beautifully made, with a modern art deco design. You are immediately put at ease when you enter the lobby, and from there all the way through to your room. The view from the fourth floor pool area of the city and Cathedral are astounding, especially in the evening. The terrace on the ground floor next to the bar is a great place to relax during the day and evening and interact with other guests. All amenities are new and modern, and the hotel has seamlessly integrated technology in its operations that just works but is not evident. The rooms are a tad small but very well appointed and maintained. The hotel is truly made special by its staff, who do everything and are excellent at everything. They make you feel welcome and comfortable with an attitude that is attentive but not intrusive. It is like being part of a club more than just staying at a hotel. I would like to mention Javier, Franco, Miguel, and a gentleman at breakfast whose name I didn't get for being kind, accommodating, jovial and just welcoming. They really do make up the heart of the hotel. This is the only place I can think of returning to if I visit Palma again.

Nothing. It was fantastic.

This is a beautifully boutique hotel, which goes the extra mile for it's clients. From being greeted with a glass of Cava on arrival to the time the staff give you to make your stay extra special - Blanca and Franco at the front of house could not have done a better job. We would highly recommend this hotel It was worth every penny.

I am very sensitive about noise so that might just be me but to me rooms could be more soundproof.. I could hear when people got back to their rooms

Room cleaning in adjacent rooms was a little noisy and early for a weekend!

Friendly helpful staff all day all weekend. Bed was exceptionally comfortable in a lovely bright clean room.
