Only criticisms I would be pushed to have is the bath robes are tiny🤣 and would be nice to have a bottle off water everyday in room not just day u arrive

Wonderful staff, especially Nada and Borja. Our room 107 was excellent, the terrace was a great addition. Thanks to our chef who made sublime breakfasts each day. Cannot fault anything. Would definitely recommend

The pool is a little small and we couldn’t ever get a sun lounger, but it was a nice area. Our room had very limited storage, but it’s a good size room.

The building is just stunning, the decor inside is gorgeous, the room was cool, so quiet and very comfortable, the staff are the jewel in the crown though, so so lovely. Breakfast was good, bar was nice. Great location.

Excellent hotel in a great lication. In a quiet alley, but only 5 minutes walk to all the sores and restaurants. Helpful and responsive stuff, large comfortable room. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Perfect central location, on quiet street, but close to many excellent restaurants. Lovely rooftop plunge pool. Fantastic view across the city and bay. Excellent housekeeping and reception staff.

There was nothing that we did not like about this hotel. The rooms were cleaned very early if people had checked out, so it could be a little noisy however it does mean that you have earlier access to your room on arrival which we appreciated.

The rooms are are extremely comfortable, huge bed, location is great but most of all the welcome you receive from the staff is second to none. They simply could not do enough for you and went out of their way to ensure we had the best few days in Palma. We were greeted with a glass of cava and although we had arrived early, we only waited 10 minutes for our room to be ready. A nice touch was the mini fridge stocked with welcome goodies and the Molton Brown toiletries. The décor is beautiful, loved the Spanish floor tiles and the view across Palma from the rooftop was breathtaking.

It was just a little bit quiet for us but you have the beauty of being a 3 minute walk from the centre of Palma if you want to have that louder bar atmosphere. So honestly it didn’t really matter..

Wow, the people in this hotel know how to look after their guests. This is on top of having a beautifully decorated hotel and so clean. For a couple looking for a quiet hotel this is ideal.

This beautiful little hotel in the heart of Cuitadella was perfect. cool, calm and collected. :) The decor is classic but with a light feeling and everything was spotlessly clean. The ladies at breakfast were lovely and welcoming and it was all delicious. Beds super comfy and the city is super quiet. Parking available through the hotel.

Hotel Basilica exceeded our expectations in absolutely every way. The hotel was beautifully tucked away next to the Basilica in old town - such an amazing location just minutes walking to the heart of it all. The hotel also had extremely modern finishes and a great room and balcony; everything was super clean. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and at our disposal if we needed anything. We really had an outstanding stay and couldn't have better things to say!

Air con does not reach the main area of the room in 405 and we needed a fan to keep cool which was provided swiftly.

Honestly, nothing. My next trip to palma I would not stay anywhere else.

The most amazing views, a really great atmosphere and felt really looked after. The staff were exceptional. The hotel was clean and decorated beautifully. Location was also fantastic, in the heart of Palma, I was with my grandma and we could walk everywhere.

Nothing negative to say

Staff made it feel like home for the duration. Staff went above and beyond when we arrived late at night. Pool area with views are just outstanding. Credit to the chambermaids for the immaculate rooms everyday. Such a treat!
