Nothing to complain.

Good localization. Maybe not in the centre of city but bus stop is directly in front of the hotel and buses are coming every 15 minutes up to 22:00 (fridays till 23:00). Ticket cost 1,85 EUR. Ride takes 15-20 minutes to the beach. Breakfast cost 12 Euro (if you don't buy it together with room). Fresh natural juices. All of it is tasty and fresh every day. Rooms are comfortable, new and have nice shower with you can use for spicing your relationship because there is a view to the bed from there ;)

The location and convenience of having a bus stop in front of the hotel that took us directly to San Sebastian's city centre. We stayed with the Deluxe Quadruple room wit my husband and 2 adult kids. the room is big & comfortable enough for us 4.

The location was listed as 1km from the old town - this is far from right, at least 2km We booked a comfort double room first, then I upgraded to a superior double. When we arrived at our room it was a superior but with twin beds ..... I went to the receptionist and discussed it with her - she said she was sorry but that was all there was left as they were full. I specifically wanted a large double bed as my wife and I were there on a special anniversary. Not impressed 👎🏽

Room was a bit small- bijoux! Not sure about the shower cubicle in the room but after 3 nights I was used to it.

Spotlessly clean, great location on a bus route, obviously used by the locals which is always a good recommendation. Breakfast was good, fresh and replenished frequently. Good coffee and friendly helpful staff.

The hotel is very clean .. modern style.. free parking and easy going to the centre directly by the bus in the front of the hotel, only few minutes .. NEREA (hotel staff member)is very helpful and she make our stay exeptional at this hotel .. Strongly recommended staying in this hotel..

Very quiet, comfortable room. We arrived early and were allowed to check in early. Free parking and very lively bar/ restaurant. Bus stop to the centre right outside hotel but actually walked into town more quickly! Great stay and friendly reception staff. We will be back!

Children should not pay for breakfast. (Under 8?) Alternative car chargers should be available, especially for foreigners.

we wanted to eat desert at 8.00 pm. they said we are so busy, please five us half hour. but after half hour they said our kitchen is closed

It's a unique setting with the shower in the room but it all makes sense. Check in after midnight was possible without problems, staff was friendly, room was big enough and clean and came with a comfy bed and a big window that could be opened. It's not really in the center but there's a bus stop right in front of the hotel.
