The property is spotless clean! The apartment with 2 ensuite bedrooms and a living room with sofa-bed la is perfect for a group of 5 people. You have everything you need and the staff is very helpful! Whatsapp communication impeccable! Would certainly go back and use the other accomodations they have around the world.

The only issue is that the upper bunk bed mattress is too high and makes that bunk unsafe so we had to put the mattress on the floor.

Nothing, everything was great for us. The one thing to note, the oven/microwave was out of order and though we did not need it during our stay, we hadn't been informed (and could've needed it). But very small point that wouldn't stop me returning.

The concept is very cool as it's all done online/whatsapp. I thought the platform was incredibly easy to use and the communication bia Whatsapp (with a live agent) was very efficient. The location of the flat was great and the room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable.

This apartment had a few items like a broken trash can lid and a loose towel hook. These were really minor though and didn't impact our stay at all. I recommend adding more towel hooks in the larger bathroom so that there are places for 6 people to hang towels.

Super clean, comfortable beds and pillows, plenty of soft towels, well appointed kitchen, safe location within walking distance of Atocha train station (Which is easy to get to from the airport or by regional train). Since this was our second stay here, they left us some welcome treats like artisanal coffee, and cookies and some olives and beer in the fridge. This was such a nice touch. The host is super responsive and easy to get a hold of.

It is an environmentally friendly property, which is evident in every detail. The apartment is ample, comfortable, luminous, and sparkingly clean. It has everything we need to have a pleasant rest. The property is conveniently located close to Atocha train/metro station, along with Lavapies Square and the city center's main attractions.

Everything was great starting from first contact to “good bye and thank you” message. Location is great, reasonable walking distance to central Madrid and all the museums. We really enjoyed room design all the little perks you will find in the room. It’s not usual for me to give 10 star reviews but this one deserves!

The ease of access was perfect, the communication from the host was amazing (WhatsApp), the facilities and the attention to detail were A-class. Streaming services and music can be cast to the television which was awesome and the staff were very personable and happy to assist.

First and foremost, the flat was extremely easy to find and access, but the host was incredibly responsive via WhatsApp to any questions we had prior to our visit. The location was within walking distance from the main attractions and also near the main train station stops. Having said that, the neighbourhood was quiet and safe. Since our flight was early in the morning, we arrived in Madrid before check-in, however, we were granted a free storage locker to put our stuff at the property. The property's host and employees were great, incredibly helpful and nice; they had even left some greeting threats. The apartment itself was very nice, featuring everything that was needed, and extremely clean. It was certainly worth the money, and I would absolutely recommend it.

It was a great location, perfect for what we needed. Very near to the art galleries and Atocha Station for a day trip to Toledo. Excellent communication with staff who were very helpful.
