We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Absolutely perfect location in Old Town walkable to almost every important location as a sight seeing visitor. Excellent all day breakfast available till midnight in renowned Green restaurant, Botanics on the lobby level. One of the nicest spas in a boutique hotel of this size anywhere in the world. Housekeeping kept rooms and place immaculate all thru day and evening. Staff was incredibly accommodating and nice. My Garden View room had unique bathroom features custom made such as sinks and faucets were beyond belief.

DenmarkWas a little disappointed with our room as we were expecting a suite because the website says the hotel is only suites. We booked the smallest one - the traveller suite but it was really just a room, so was a bit expensive for what it was. Although it was beautifully decorated and housekeeping was perfect, there was also a little noise from footsteps but I guess this is because it’s an old building.
Very beautiful old building, which has been decorated perfectly. The staff and service was lovely and you can’t beat the location. The bar was small but well stocked and very nicely decorated. The restaurant is worth booking ahead for. Breakfast is very good, proper coffee and fresh orange juice.

CanadaCleaning was generally good but a few inconsistencies. They didn't provide enough towels a couple of times. Additionally, the mirror wall in the bathroom wasn't cleaned at all.
Amazing service in this beautiful hotel. Garden patio is gorgeous. Food is unique and adventurous. Front desk and concierge staff are outstanding.

United KingdomEverything about this hotel is beautiful. Sumptuous rooms, perfect customer service and amazing spa and pool areas. The rooftop pool with a glass bottom and view of the Cathedral is great fun, and the gardens are a real oasis in the middle of Palma to laze in. The hotel were exceptionally accommodating regarding allowing us to use the facilities after check out as we had a very late flight home. The food at the Botanic restaurant was lovely, as is the setting. It was an expensive treat to stay here, but I'm so glad we splashed out as it really was a wonderful experience.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Can Bordoy, I literally can’t recommend it enough. The service was impeccable, the staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful. I particularly liked sitting and enjoying a welcome drink while they checked us in and delivered the luggage to our room. We stayed in a deluxe suite which was beautiful, the shower and the bath were a real highlight for me - it was almost a struggle to want to leave the room. The main parts of the hotel are beautifully decorated, rooftop pool with the glass floor is a must do too. We only ate breakfast at the hotel, but it was delicious and had some great choices that I’ll be trying to make at home. Honestly, I could go on for ages about how much I loved it here, we will definitely be back, but next time I want to try the room with the bath on the balcony!

United KingdomRoof top pool and main pool areas are too small with many people waiting for space every day. Set up for dinner each evening meant that all outside tables were reserved for dinner hence leaving no space for drinks etc.
Great location in the centre of Palma old town. Staff were great!! Room was fantastic, quiet and great bed.
