The parking is not near hotel but you can pull up to drop off. we came very late at night and left very early morning for flights so wasn’t an issue but if it was morning afternoon extremely congested with people and horse carriages so may be very challenging to drive up To hotel for luggage drop off pickup. Noticed Very small ants in room but was terrible

The attention to detail, thoughtfulness from the perspective of a discerning traveler, the courtesy of the staff, the quality of everything from the linens on the bed to the hand rustic window fasteners. If you love attention to detail, appreciate craftsmanship and quality. this is your place. We loved everything. But if I must come up with something less than perfect, then I could say that the sounds from the street can be heard quite clearly in the room. I didn't mind but it is good to know in case you don't sleep that well. Our room had huge beautiful big old windows. But I think the courtyard rooms are quieter.

We loved this hotel. The location is perfect - next to the cathedral and in the old town. Easy access.

We would’ve liked to have an armchair, or two, in the room for seating comfort. Woken up by noisy neighbor on one side one morning - music and talk - and on the side other plus the corridor the next when that neighbour checked out very early. The walls are obviously not sound insulated.

The location is fantastic. The receptionist, Mariacarmen, is the best ever!

The room was pricey for what it had to offer. Even the water in the room was with an attached price. The room with a view means a room with a view to another wall.

We got the room on the lower floor and it got pretty cold at night and the heating wasn’t really doing much

I loved it here. The location was just perfect. I could just walk around. The beach was 5 mins walk. It was very clean and nice. Loved the interior as well

Fantastic location next to the Cathedral. All staff were delightful and helpful. Lovely clean room with high ceilings and a salon just next to our room where you could sit and read. Very nice quality simple breakfast. Very close to bars & restaurants. Would stay again.

Its in the city centre. So it can be a bit busy. But i like the buzz of the city. So thats why i still give it a 10 out of 10

Not much! I suspect the courtyard bar would be more buzzy in prime holiday season as it was a lovely spot.

Wonderful location and elegant, classic comfort in beautiful rooms. Palma is great for a city break, we enjoyed museums and food and walks. Mariana was warm and welcoming. Loved hearing the church bells.

Just a BEAUTIFUL property!!! You know that when people are just strolling in off the street to look at the space and take pictures that it’s something special! The bed was one of the best that we have ever slept in…and that’s saying something because I love my bed at home!

The door in the bathroom caught on the floor and made an awful scraping noise. The show cubicle didn't enclose the water very well, but this is a design issue.

The location was absolutely superb. The architecture and the internal decor of the building was stunning. The staff were really helpful. The room was impressive with really quiet air con, dark at night and quiet. The option to have breakfast was really helpful and it was a great breakfast!
