The AC didn't seem to remain on but we're sure the staff could have fixed it if asked.

The staff were super welcoming and showed us directly to our flat in another building. The room had Netflix and Amazon Prime as well a common kitchen with a coffee machine and free muffins! We appreciated the Catalan high ceilings and tile work in the room. The location is very central and one minute from a metro stop, can't beat it.

Good location. In walking distance of centre and very near metro and buses. Use of small kitchen with microwave and coffee machine was good for some meals. Close to Carrefour Express supermarket ( although there do not seem to be many microwaveable ready meals available in Spain!) Although it was on the corner of a busy road , the room was quiet. Air conditioning was good. Staff friendly and helpful.

was many black hairs on the wall in my bathroom. Otherwise ir was clean and pleasant.

It was nice to stay there! Like a sharing apartment. Just imagine that all the neighbors are your friends. I love this sharing kitchen, where ppl left some food and beverages for share. I left some wine as well. They provide coffee machine and capsules for it, iron, whatever. The room is small but convenient enough and it has wardrobe, big mirror, hairdryer. I like the neighborhood where the hotel is located, entrance of the house and this small patio with plants in my room. Staff was very helpful and super friendly. And they recommended a bike rental shop which I really liked (the yellow one on the corner across the street).

All the air conditioners' external units were in our terrace, causing a really bad noise. Unfortunately there were no precautions for the mosquitoes.

The location was great. We easily accessed everywhere we planned by walk or public transportation. The room was clean and well-equipped. The staff was welcoming.

Sweet and comfortable room for two. Shared kitchen with 24 hour coffee was a real treat. The staff was warm, welcoming and eager to help first time visitors. The location was perfect - we walked everywhere and we're no longer spring chickens. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!

The first night I was there the entire floor seemed to be having electrical issues due to something someone had plugged in. I ended up having to figure out how to reset the breakers which I'd prefer to not have to do, but the staff made it up to me with some cava

can’t think of anything - the problem i had was with booking.com who wouldn’t let me change the booking even though hotel were happy to. My recommend would be to swerve booking.com and book directly with place they are flexi and responsive unlike booking.com

The location was perfect; the room comfortable with a little balcony; cleaned every day. The shared kitchen was actually perfect, nice to have fridge space for cold water, couple of beers, etc.. Melina, our hostess, was incredible, so friendly and full of tips and super helpful. Really recommend staying here.

To enter into the shower, one has to climb up a big step. We were fine, but just keep in mind in case your mobility is limited.

This was my second stay at a Casa Consell property, so I knew the location would be perfect to explore BCN, the property would be safe for two women traveling together and the rooms would be comfortable for a restorative night! I really enjoy that each room has a quirky personality, full of details that make you feel at home. The room's terrace was perfect when the evening was feeling too warm and Pg. de St. Joan which is my favorite street to stroll in the city, is just one block away. I hope to return soon!

Cleaners have to take care more carefully of details such as ahower cortins (it was moldy black) and kitchen (on top of the sink the dripping pan was so rusty
