Small, busy bedrooms, with airmattresses, that made a loud squeaky noise as soon as someone moved on them. There is only one sink for a whole floor, and one shower. If you are looking for a good night's sleep, you won't find it here. I do not recommend it for solo female travellers.

Door was locked from the inside and I couldnt leave at 4 am for my train without waking up the staff who lived on site.

They are not responding on e mails and there is no little lamp near each bed - suggestion for emprovement

It was comfortable but for my oppinion one blanket isnt enough. They have air madraces and they are super comfortable. I was downstairs in 8beds room - 4 bunk beds. It is small place but for short staying it is ok. I recomend you a room on the floor because it is bigger and it have windows

The room that they gave me literally had no useful windows (there was a small one facing the corridor, which meant nothing). We did not have actual matrasses in the room, but some sort of air or water matrasses which was insane.

The staff was nice, the place was quite clean, and it was easy to reach everything from there by public transport.

If you'll be staying in, you'll feel cramped up as everything is a very small space: the room, toilet, showers, kitchen, hallways. Just enough space to move about. So this is a place that's best to sleep in, mostly. I also asked to be transferred to a different bed as the wifi connection got lost when I was lounging on my bed.

I'd say I liked German among everything! He was very attentive and helpful in many ways. The coffee he prepared were the best. I brought with me a folding bike, and he found a way to store it. It was also near my room at the ground floor. The place was easy to find, and accessible by bus and the Metro. It was also only 5e away from the Nuevos Ministerios station that goes directly to the airport. If the roommates will do their part, the room is clean and orderly. The internet was also fast.

The staff / managers were a lil' bit too cold/they probably were trying to be professional, not that they were not nice, 'cos they tried. They could surely do with a bit more warmth. Perhaps, I just visited in their "not-sunny days". It was made up for by the great guests that I shared the time and space with though.

Cleanliness was good, frequent, so bleachy clean, your eyes would occasionally sting. But the pictures are like comparing 3D renders with a scene from Harry Potter. Don't get me wrong, the hostel is generally ok and all, I just feel it would've been better to have realistic pictures of what the accommodation really looks like, and thus avoid the feeling of being lured.

Amazing location, 15 minutes by metro to the center. Very cheap - if you need a place to sleep, shower and leave your stuff this place is perfect. You can also use the kitchen and laundry machines.

Price, overall smoothness of things, clean bathrooms. Location is great, easy walk from 1 or 2 metro stations

I didn't like the fact that the receptionist took a picture of my ID with his private cellphone. I do understand they need to verify the guests, but storing that info in digital for on some cellphone is not cool at all. I also didn't like the inflatable mattress. I mean I did not expect much overall for the price, I was really ok with everything they had to offer, but that had me.

COCKROACHES IN THE BUNKBEDS. All beds are air mattresses. No lockers, no room keys or door key/code. Anyone can get in. No air conditioning. Doorbell went off at all hours of the night as its the only way to get in. Incredibly dirty, used the bathroom at the Burger King two blocks away instead. English advertised but staff do not speak it.

Good location. Could be great if whoever runs it actually cared.

Everything. I didn't like anything about it. I left after five minutes of going in. The photos don't correspond to reality. The doors don't have locks. The mattress is inflatable. There were cockroaches and insects in the room. At the front desk they didn't even ask for IDs. Not recommended.
