We had a fantastic holiday the apartment is excellent in a great location with a view which is hard to beat,Sun on the balcony all day what a wonderful place. Could not fault it and the owner Manuel is such a great guy very helpful.

This was my 4th visit to this apartment. It is my favourite place to stay in Torremolinos. The sea views are spectacular. The host Manuel is such a lovely guy. The apartment is very comfortable and has everything you need. I love staying here. Can't wait for my next visit.

Nothing! It was perfect!

We loved the apartment. We were greeted by the lovely and friendly Manuel who was so helpful, and has equipped the flat with everything you need for your stay. The view from the balcony was breath taking, and it was so nice to wake up to the view and the sound of the sea everyday. Location is great, right by the beach where all the shops bars and restaurants are, and only 10 minutes walk from the train station. We will definitely come back!

a lovely bright sunny studio. Big bathroom pull down bed we made up and left it that way! just like a big en suit room in a hotel.manual the owner is just great👍 he said you have everything you need just call if you need anything. we did call been oldies we couldn't get on the Internet. he son called us back and was sorted out in one minute. very good swimming pool. pool bar not a lot of sunbeds. but we had some nice beach ⛱️ towels from the apartment and lay them on the grass. we cooked at the apartment and shoped at carrefour express. 12 minutes away though some lovely old streets are along seafront. found it on Google maps. Nice little bars in the old town.

I cannot fault the property in anyway. The building it was in is tired and in need of work.

This is actually the third time I have stayed here and the apartment is just as wonderful as before. Manuel is a lovely host waiting for your arrival. The apartment is so clean and comfortable and the view is magnificent. Shops and bars are nearby and there is lift access to the beach. I only wish I could stay here forever. I look forward to my next visit

Didn't like that we had to leave

Fantastic location, come out of front door and it is a 10 min walk to the centre. Come out of the back door and there is a lift down to the promenade. Great views, very clean and well equipped

I used to have an apartments no's 1136 1116 and 1117 ( i think ) in Santa Clara through a company called Donic Ltd. They were 5 year time shares. And I really loved them !! But couldn't renew them due to company closing. So on seeing this apartment in Santa Clara , yet again I HAD to book it!! I absolutely love it there, and everything is superb !! I would absolutely love , love to live there !

Return Beautiful apartment in a great location. Manuel was so accommodating and helpful even with our late arrival. He met us to show us around at 1am. The view is stunning. Happy to sit on the balcony in the afternoon sun and look at the beach. Left patio open at night to hear the sea. Can't wait to return.

The one tiny thing we noticed is that the mirrors in the studio were a bit smudged upon arrival, like they had been cleaned by a dirty cloth or something.

This apartment was great. Upon arrival we were met by Manual who was incredibly friendly and a perfect host. The studio itself is smallish, but very well planned with a tiny kitchenette were you have plenty of amenities (micro, electric kettle, flat iron, drying rack, toaster, lots of kitchen-ware etc.). The living space is ample and the sofa also serves as bed since it's a sort of sofa-bed you lift up into a cupboard when not used. Very practical, but maybe not for everyone. We kept it positioned as a bed while staying. Speaking of the bed, it was a little bit too hard for our liking, but that is a purely personal point-of-view and might be appreciated 100% by others staying so I thought I should just mention that and not put it into the negatives. Nice and surprisingly big bathroom with a shower cubicle ("tinyish") and washing-machine. There is a spacious balcony with gorgeous views of the Carihuela part of Torremolinos. It's exposed quite a lot to winds, being on a point along the coast-line, but that is only refreshing when the temperature rises to 30 C! The place was clean (apart from one tiny thing mentioned below) and very stylishly decorated as well. Of course, the access to a swimming-pool and an outside bar is also a great bonus. And for those not familiar with Torremolinos, it's town center is quite high up from the beach which could mean a lot of walking in stairs. However, staying here means that you can easily access the center of town as well as the beach below via elevators. Also worth a plus-point is that the wifi was excellent in the apartment.

The fold-down bed took a little getting used to.

Accommodating host, informative and helpful. The view from the balcony was out of this world. Relaxing on a sun lounger with a beer. Can't wait to return!

Fantastic location with absolutely stunning views from the private balcony. Beautiful studio with everything provided. Could just sit on the balcony all day, listening to the sounds of the sea. Perfect.
