A bit of noise from the road, but not crucial

Spacious room, comfy beds, friendly staff. The reception is on the second floor, you should walk through the hall on the first floor and then take stairs on the right. 15 min to the beach or to the centre. A friendly girl at the reception let us to check in earlier for free, thank you very much again!

The bed is very uncomfortable. Also, there is no cattle, no fridge, no cups or even drinking water in the room, that wasn't a nice surprise, since I arrived late at night. There are a few vending machines downstairs, where it is possible to buy coffee tea, bottled water and some snacks.

The location is very good- the dormitory is inside of the campus, so if you are visiting, the University is a great place. Also, the tram stop is just in front of the dormitory. The room is ok, it was clean.

Location is pretty far off anything else except the beach

Rooms were super clean and spacious, it was quiet, AC worked perfectly. Staff was really nice too and the option of luggage storage before/after stay.

Security was tight and not easy. I was there on a Sunday and all cafes in the area were closed. Cafeteria food was ok.

The accommodation was quite far from the centre Valencia, but there were trams running near by. When we arrived after check in time the room was still bare (no sheets etc) about half an hour later we received sheets and bedding however we weren't given any toilet paper for the bathroom...

Accommodation was clean and staff were friendly. Beds were comfy, and the room had plenty of storage and space.

The structure does need major renovations. Plus, the choice of hosting huge groups of wild screaming teenagers from all over Europe does not help in keeping the structure in good shape. I want to stress again that our experience was not completely negative only thanks to the Staff and their kindest attitude and tireless willingness to solve problems. Price is too high compared to what the structure offers.

It is not easy to manage such a huge structure, but the Staff were always super kind, and always ready to help in all possible ways - which made all the problems and inadequacies of the structure less burdensome. A great thanks to you all!!

1) The first room we moved into had an AC leak, so we had to move right away. 2) towels were very smelly (suggesting that chemicals were used during washing). 3) the drains did not work properly - we fixed it ourselves by buying a declogging liquid in a supermarket. 4) the lifts did not have ACs. 5) for a couple of days only one of the lifts was working - in a humongous dorm! 6) after 11 pm, you have to call the reception for the lift - feels really odd, like you are asking for a permission. 7) the place was full of kids and teenagers - there must have been a camp going on, and they were constantly using the lift between the floors they lived on. Be aware that this location offers these youth camps things, and it is far from fun for adults staying there. 8) twice during our stay the accomodation service people opened the doors to our room without knocking. 9) bed sheets were very small and were coming loose while sleeping. Overall, this place be recommended for a 1-3 days of a summer weekend getaway - but definitely not for anything like our 6 days stay.

elevators were very old and not functioning properly. no water available in the automat machines.

the location is perfect, right next to the tram stop and in between the center and the beach. please note that this is a student’s residence originally so set your expectations accordingly

It is relatively hard to find the way to the reception (the second floor of the building, you should go through turnstiles.

The room itself is arranged the same way as in a typical student dorm for two, so it has enough space for study and rest. The beds are quite comfortable.

Kitchen facilities were not as expected - basically unusable as one large kitchen on different floor. Would’ve liked kettle in the room.

Location perfect as we were doing a hockey tournament. Easy to reach both city and beach. Breakfast good although sometimes crowded. Air con worked well.
