Nice, clean, simple. The location is good: 20 min by bus to the beach and the same (in other direction) - to the centre and most of the attractions. If you are not a football fan, just mind that the city stadium is opposite the property. I’m not, but it was a good fun for one night and I could watch football fans and follow the score from my balcony! Homemade mini croissants for breakfast were great!

Firstly, it is not a hotel, but a dormitory, I assume usually occupied by students. Still it is not bad, but it should be explained clearer. What I really did not like, however, was the lady in the canteen. I was not allowed to take a second glass of orange juice. From everything “solo una”. That does not fit for a dorm, which takes 100+ Euros per night. The staff is nice, but I assume all just students and therefore lacking professionalism. But this is actually no problem…

The location is good. Next to the stadium in a student quarter; not far from the river.

A fine cheap stay. The room was very clean and very quiet The bed was good enough The shower heated up quick and was consistent. The room even came with cleaning every few days Breakfast was pretty good for being included. Eggs, croissants and chocolate bread, yogurts, several milks, some fruit, and some meats and cheeses. The air conditioning was good enough Location is a bit far from the center, but it's not too far of a walk.

Not very welcoming staff at the reception. It's actually student housing, but they rent out a few studios to tourists. It was quite quiet though, only one night a bunch of students randomly knocked on all doors on my floor.. I didn't like the bed, I could feel the springs, seemed quite old. On Booking.com it's written that you can get breakfast for 0,10 EUR at the accommodation, but this is false. It costs 4 eur, but I didn't get it.

The location was great, nearby public transportation (metro and busses). It was great to have a small kitchen. I was very happy that I could already check-in when I arrived at 11 am.

Great staff! Very helpful!! Easy check in, they gave me the room very early and that helped a lot since I was traveling all night 🤩 The place is very well equipped, I mentioned a few things I needed to them and immediately worked on that The location is very good, nice and quiet neighborhood. If you like walking you can access to main attractions with a 20-30 mins walk along beautiful streets and relaxed environment

The room was pretty clean, but here and there, someone else's hair lay on the floor. It would be nice if they had more food for those who do not eat meat. Because there was meat cutting, but no cheese, for example.

An excellent location, a comfortable bed, the room was small, but sufficient for one person. It was quiet enough - maybe it's because of students' summer break)) breakfast was OK.

I would suggest to also include a breakfast offer for vegetarian people. There were several types of meat, but no vegetables or cheese options.

Left my corkscrew opener as a gift as there was no facility in the whole hotel for opening corked bottles. Breakfast may offer a bit more variety beyond the scrambled eggs.

Room was compact but there were good facilities including ensuite shower room and kitchenette. Very good and efficient room cleaning service (not available at weekends) Air conditioned room.

The only thing I could critisize would be the bed confort. Also, if you travel in couple try to ask for a room where the bed can be joined otherwize you will have to sleep in a single bed.

The room was pretty good with all the things you will need for your travel (towels, shampoo and shower gel, flatware, plates, pans, microwave, hotplates...). The breakfast was good too, always the same but different choices so you will for sure find something you like. The everyday cleaning of the room was also very appreciable espacially for the sand if you go to the beach. About the beach, you can easily get to it in like 25min by the bus with a lot of bus stop around the College. To reach the center of the city, you can also use the bus or walk (around 25min).

The breakfast wasn't very good, and if you came any later than opening time, there was barely anything left - you had to look for the staff and ask for everything.

Shame the roof terrace wasn't available to all guests as view of the stadium would have been amazing. This wasn't clear when booked it. Bed was only a single but was the only option at time of booking. An extra pillow would have been nice. There was no TV or kettle in the room, not that had much time for watching TV and at least there were saucepans and a hob to boil water.

Location was excellent, being right opposite the Mestalla stadium, the main purpose of my visit. Room was clean and tidy, kitchenette and fridge very handy, showers were powerful and easy to use. Staff were great; friendly, helpful and spoke English well. 24hr access was very useful.
