We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

The property has been restored beautifully, the owner is friendly and helpful, the room was clean and we'll appointed, dinner home cooked - very good, breakfast also very good and There was covered off street parking for our motorcycles in the garden. A very enjoyable stay and excellent value.

United KingdomThe breakfast and dinner options were excellent and were very good value for money. Rosa was exceptional and despite our inability to speak Spanish we communicated well. Dinner gave us a true flavour of Spanish cooking which was a big plus for us! There is a lot to explore in the area with very varied countryside and small villages/churches etc to visit. And not very crowded at all! The village is quiet and the hotel has a nice garden to sit in. Rosa and her team are very accomodating and make you feel right at home.

United KingdomLovely place to stay and chill, not a great deal happening in the area, a little remote for us but the host was as previous reviews have said absolutely lovely, great cook and always willing to help in anyway possible. If you are looking for the quieter place to just relax then this is well worth a visit. Thanks for a great stay..

This small guesthouse in a litlle mountain village is a quiet hideaway with wonderful fresh air (even during hot summers) and an extremely friendly owner. I was offered a local three-courses dinner for 12 Euro which was excellent. There's no noise except the birds in front of the house and the wind in the trees. Nice room on the first floor, good breakfast.
