Very tough matress, I was in pain. The cleanliness was average. Far from perfect, but not too bad. No plugs by the beds. Very noisy as there is a bar outside. Don't forget your earplugs if you sleep early.

Beds could be more comfortable - the materace was old and the beds were shaking with slightest moving (im quite small but i move a lot so that was not that comfortable), quite loud at night since it's the city party centre - as expected ;)

Good location for a "base point", very friendly and helpfull stuff, clean, rooms patrially devided so there was more privacy, wc stalls had proper doors so there was privacy also, nice kitchen and good vibes. Also free sangria was a nice addition :))

Bed not comfy: I felt the base of the metal frame. Just one fridge for the hotel. The second one was not working. Staff: receptionists never interacted with guests.they Should smile a bit. I did not feel I was welcomed. There was just one plug in the room. There should be a chilling room with some sofas.

Location: perfect! Among bars and pubs and the in core of all the historic places to be visited! Cleaning crew: so smiley! Every room was so clean!

The place is a little run down but for a short stay it is very convenient.

Was able to check-in at 3am when I arrived late, staff was helpful, place and room was easy to access. The location overall is great, can easily access everything in the city centre from the hostel.

There is no curtains, There is no lighting for the beds, there are no electric sockets.

Of course the stuff, reception was amazing helpful with beautiful welcome smile. The location is great and house keeping team is awesome.

There’s a bunch of things that could be improved. - In our room there was only one socket and at the reception they didn’t have any power strip that we could use to charge our phones at the same time. - There were no curtains to the beds and no hangers at all in the room where to hang our jackets. - Not all showers had hot water and no hot water at all from the sinks. - I would also advise to put some small lamps/lights to each bed and some shelves in the bathrooms where we could put our toiletries.

I really liked the central location and the staff was very friendly. The beds were clean and so the bathrooms.

I recently stayed in this hostel for one night alone and I booked an all female dormitory, the price was really good especially that I booked last minute in the middle of the night an hour before arriving, the staff answered my call and upon arrival were very helpful and extremely nice which made me feel more comfortable as a girl staying alone, the hostel is in the heart of the old town which is perfect, bus and train stops are walking distance, the room was average, ive seen much worse, and the bathroom was okay, but again out of experience it was pretty good, I felt comfortable and safe.

There wasn’t much light in the rooms, felt a bit too dark in the bunks away from the window. The room also got quite cold - probably good for in the summer but needed a couple extra blankets in early March

Location was great, staff were very helpful. Visited in the off season so were able to get a free upgrade to a less busy room! Free sangria was great too :)

Beds very creaky and table and lamp was fragile/broken. Twin bed room faced onto the shared corridor and the window which was above the door opened from the outside in the corridor, so the room didn't feel secure because of this.

Excellent central location. We were able to check in very late and use the communal area. Staff member was very friendly and helpful. Bathroom was clean. Twin bedroom. Fine for overnight stay if you okay with the very basics.

It was an old man with bad conditions of sleep and the staff never came to check the status ,I didn't get sleep because of that

The room was very cold because the window didn't close properly. And it was also loud at night because of this. The blankets didn't have covers and they were not enough.
