It's a cute little place on the 2nd floor of a residential building. Our room was cute and clean and fairly sized, breakfast was good, location is great. They even made us a small take-away breakfast when we notified that we'll have to check out early for our flight.

Not a negative, but having a small bistro set outside #17 would be a great touch. The building is very unassuming from the outside, with only a small sign to indicate it's presence.

Great hotel, quality, comfortable, secure and good location. Breakfast was fantastic. The staff were super helpful and gave great recommendations and tips to get the most out of our stay. Breakfast was amazing and the staff were so obliging. We even got a takeaway breakfast on our last day as we had a super early flight.

On a busy intersection so traffic noisy in rooms road facing. I would imagine the opposite inward facing rooms much quieter.

Clean, spacious. Secure entry. Safe Deposit Box in room. Smart TV. Powerful shower with plenty of hot water. Fabulous breakfast with caring attentive staff. Comfortable beds. Good location.

We could hear and feel the metro going below us late at night and early in the morning. Even a sound machine didn’t block it out. But we got used to it after a few nights. There were some broken tiles on the far edges of the floor in the rooms, but the main floor and walls themselves were very pretty.

We enjoyed the central location near Diagonal and L’Eixample. We spent time exploring the streets and finding several good places to eat. We went to Vivo Tapas twice and also really liked Abanic, both within two blocks of the hotel. We were within walking distance of La Pedrera and Casa Batllo. We did longer walks to Parc Guell, Sagrada Familia, La Rambla and Gothic Quarter, and took the funicular up to Montjuic. What a beautiful city! The Museo Picasso and Casa Batllo were highlights for our two teens, as well as the hotel breakfast which was packed with yogurt, fruit, juice, pastries, cheese, and coffee by order. The rooms were large and the beds were comfortable. The front staff, who also help with breakfast, were very nice and helpful. They helped us navigate around the city and were always willing to let us play cards in the breakfast room or order a coffee later in the day.

Our room was facing the main street, sometimes in the night, the passerby get rowdy after some late night drinks, it disrupted our sleep.

I love the quaintness of the old boutique hotel. Good location, just next to the metro station that accesses various lines. The staff who received us on Day 1 was extremely helpful and eager to serve. The breakfast area is cosy but it would be good if the breakfast spread could be different every other day so that for us who stayed for 4 nights we could have a taste of variations.

Friday and Saturday night there was a lot of commotion coming from young people arguing and shouting at the crossroad (3-4am) when coming out from bars and clubs in the area.

This is not a dislike but it’s important to know the hotel has a small sign by the door which could easily be overlooked. For Americans, important to know that you’ll take a small European style elevator or stairs to the main lobby.

The property was located near a bustling intersection that provided a diverse variety of restaurants. The inside is charming and artfully decorated. Our room included a small balcony facing the street with a view. The room was substantially large, spotless and bright; surpassed our exceptions given other European vacations. The breakfast buffet is delightful and stocked with a generous offering beyond pastries. We were warmly greeted and the attention when needed was timely. We would return for a future visit.
