There is this thing in Spain with many hotels, that they are not 100% soundproof. If this is important to you, go to a different place. I didn't mind it, but sometimes it was weird hearing the elevator, stairs, doors, other people's talk on phone (though incomprehensible),etc. Be aware of that and you'll be fine.

It's on The Beach, what's not to like? Location very good. Breakfast was good but sort of limited - you choose from an a la carte menu. The restaurant of the hotel is very good, some nights have programs. Awesome. Food is good. My room was small, but cozy, and nice. I liked being there when I needed to do some work without distractions. And then you just go downstairs for a coffee. All in all, loved it.

The large beach club abd disco blasting out loud music untill 3.30 in the morming on the Saturday., the next night it finished earlier but still could be heard with the doors closed. I think this could be a real problem in the summer when apparantley its on every night. To be fair its not the hotels fault , and it must affect all the hotels in the area. but it could ruin what would be a lovley place to stay.

The hotel is located near to a beach club which plays loud music until 4am at the weekend. Our room had a beach view and, as a light sleeper, this kept me awake on the Saturday night. My partner, however, slept through it.

Although limited in choice, breakfast was very good. The location by the beach was also nice. Our room had a balcony overlooking the beach which was good. The room was comfortable albeit a little small.

The sink was not next to the toilet which I find unhygienic and the bathroom features need improving such as toilet seat etc.

The decor and style was beautiful, which made us feel like it should be more than 3 star! For the price the views are out of this world, straight to the beach and stunning bar beneath.

There were no glasses provided in the room and no milk for tea. The hot tub/Spa bath in the bedroom required a lot of water to fill and yet there were notices everywhere asking customers to save water!

The view was great and a very plentiful breakfast served at your table. The food in the restaurant was of a good quality and staff were pleasant and helpful in all areas.

Lovely hotel with boutique feel to it. The breakfast was really good. Location right by the beach was amazing. It was easy to organise hire of bikes through the hotel and we could get around Valencia really easily and cycle up and down the coast.

The noise from the Marina Beach Club which starts late morning/early afternoon and goes on until about 3.00am. As such wouldn’t recommend sea view room and would go for city view or internal and take ear plugs!!! The volume of the noise from the beach club is totally antisocial!!!!

The walls are incredibly thin. I was woke up constantly two of the nights I stayed by grunting and moaning of neighbors. There is also loud music - I’m not sure if from nearby clubs or the restaurant downstairs. I’d highly suggest ear plugs if you decide to stay. The shower as well would leak a bit and the entire floor is a slick marble which made it very very slippery in the room. The restaurant staff seemed irritated both times I ate there yet seemed not troubled at all by couples or groups. As a solo traveler I often opt for hotels with restaurants but after two very lacking experiences of being ignored, requests not being taken, etc. I then opted to travel into town for meals.

The location - while far from the city center - is beach front making it great for beach days. The bed was comfortable and room was a good size.

The room facing inside was very humid so clothes seemed always wet and it was noisy, not well isolated.

They let you know with few days before your arriving that is mandatory to check in on line prior arriving and they ask for a lot of personal information. In our case we were in an area with poor and unsecured data connection and in between flights. We were very uncomfortable with this request. We did the check in at the hotel by the end.. Breakfast are very limited. We eat one time at the hotel restaurant and we wait almost 50 minutes for the food. We tried other time to get a table and the welcome guy (Jose, if I remember well) refuse to give us any table inside saying they are reserved, none of the tables had reserved sign shows. I counted about 14 table which were free, at least 6 tables was for 2 persons ( we were 2 persons). If you want to spend your money and be treated well try a different restaurant, they are plenty around the hotel.

Reception staff very friendly and helpful, the room was nice with round jacuzzi, special color lights, nice balcony with great promenade and sea view.

We liked everything. Perhaps the breakfast could be a bit more varied and the choice a bit wider/bigger.

The hotel location was excellent and there were plenty of restaurants near the hotel. Very clean and the staff really friendly!

I would upgrade the room next time, the interior room is quite small, especially the toilet. It would be very warm in high season. However, it is very clean and comfortable bed
