Right on the beach and close to the cycle shops and restaurants. The reception staff were great. They helped us understand everything the hotel had to offer and were able to get us into our rooms earlier than expected.

The buses to the Port of Alcudia and Alcudia town were almost always full, even though it was a low season. The mini-market next to the hotel is quite expensive. There is no privacy on the balconies, they are open and next to each other.

Everyone working at the hotel was very friendly and made us feel welcome. Hotel is beautifully situated very close to the beach and the natural reserve. The breakfast was excellent with a little variation every day, dinner was also very good. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Mosquitos. The food could be a bit more interesting and bigger range of desserts.

No major concerns or dislikes. The Saturday we arrived there was an outside live show with a singer from around 8:30 to 10:15 pm. It was in the garden, meaning all garden-facing rooms (including ours) was forced to take part - even when closing all doors it was very loud in the bedroom. We may be on a different time schedule than Southern Europe, but this is way past our kids bedtime. Honestly though, it turned out to be only that one evening, and that's perfectly bearable, so just a recommendation to share this information for mental preparation. Breakfast starts at 8 in the morning, dinner at 6:30 in the evening. Both are late for us, and judging by the line of families with small kids waiting to get seated at the dinner buffet we are not the only ones (all though we are aware that this is still very early for Spain). And for FYI: We are from Denmark - seems like we were the only non-Germans there. If you are also not from Germany, be prepared to get addressed in German-only by waiters so eager to show off their German skills objections like "I don't speak German" will not stop them ;)

We stayed here early October, and this may be specific to that part of the season, but overall we were extremely happy with this hotel as it's very peaceful and spacious compared to our "family resort" expectations. No long lines at the buffet, plenty of pool / beach chairs, no noise around from other guests - just a very relaxed atmosphere. The beach is as close as it gets and beautiful - very kids friendly. The garden is nice with a lot of trees offering shade and adding to the atmosphere. We stayed in an apartment with a separate bedroom which worked perfectly for putting our daughter to bed early, and at no point were we disturbed by noise coming from other apartments. The kitchen would not work for any advanced cooking, but for our purpose of snacks in between meals and an early breakfast it was perfect. Surprisingly comfortable beds and pillows. Staff were very helpful - I even saw the guys working in the garden plan an alternative trip with a noisy lawn mower because they saw me putting my daughter to sleep in her stroller - 5 stars to them! Food is nice for buffet - Good amount of options, different meals each night, chefs cooking selected elements on the spot.

The bed was too soft for me.

A perfect location for families. Bus station in front of the hotel, rent a car within the hotel and only 2 steps away from the really nice beach. The food was excellent, which is good (but bad for my weight). Everything was very clean.

Extra charge for safe is highly unusual and points towards deliberate hidden costs. Dinner did not include non-alcholic drinks for free. Noisy beighbor hotel with loud music between 21:00-22:30 Hotel guests shall not be charged extra for sun beds and umbrella at seaside, or they shall at least get a special deal.

Perfect location, lovely and clean hotel, professional and hard-working staff. Beautiful, clean beach. Food is excellent!

- Plenty of pharaoh ants in our room. Fortunately, staying away from the bedroom. - Not every room with a so-called "side sea view" offers the same experience. Nonetheless, it could be a matter of personal preference. In our case, the staff was very helpful and we could change our initial room after a couple of days for the one with better sea visibility and sun exposition. Our initial room was a bit in a shadow on the north side of the restaurant building with a view of the other nearby hotel, which BTW has some annoying water filtering machine (?) running quite loud through half of the night. Not a big deal though.

We had a very pleasant stay. Excellent location, next to the superb beach, close to shops, restaurants, etc. Nice swimming pool and the area around. The hotel worked for us also as a good starting point for some trips around the island - Formentor, Sa Calobra, Valdemossa. And the nice thing at the end of such a sightseeing day was to return and walk down the Muro beach or chill out on the balcony/garden. Having compared two different rooms during our stay I can recommend rooms on the higher floors of the reception building with the side sea view as opposed to similar category rooms in the building with the restaurant.

maybe it’s good idea put more option for baby food, not all the babies eat fries and pasta, we ask for a vegetables for lunch and there’s no option.

Very good location, on the beach with beautiful gardens and kids facilities, pools and playground. The breakfast was very good with a large variety of food. The staff was very kind and helpful. I highly recommend this place.

maybe rooms a bit tight in size and aircon was not very well controlled and could do with modernising. food at restaurants was decent but a bit predictable. I recommend a few things for restaurant. set up couple of more toasters for the bread at breakfast to avoid queues. put signage at egg and crepe area to creat two queues one for each as customer kept having to reminded. as then it would actually be less busy as rather than one long queue they are really actually two shorts queues with hardly any wait. parking not too bad. it can be a challenge. the entertainment is ok but a bit “package tour”

the beach and location to beach is outstanding. swimming pool excellent variety for kids with different abilities. the staff are super friendly. from the receptionist team through to the bar and restaurant team. Erick in restaurant was great! the bay of alcudia and play de muro is really fantastic.

We requested for a sea facing room and got confirmation that our request will be taken care of but we did not get a sea facibg room. On asking receptionist said that they did notbhave any rooms available. Then why confirm to our request.

The location of the resort was amazing with direct access to the beach and all playa de muro shops & restaurants walkable. The staff was absolutely amazing - The manager at the hotel Mr. Guiem Mestre was an excellent host who went out of his way to make our stay comfortable. Gigi who ran the kids club was superb. She planned new activities every day and our 6-year-old preferred spending time with her all day rather than enjoying the world outside. We were also given a courtesy room to cater to our late evening flights out of Mallorca. Overall a memorable visit and would love to come back here again. Thanks Gupotel team.

We didn’t get the room, we booked. It was smaller, but it was still okay. The extra bed wasn’t that comfortable and it was a bit unstable. Loud music almost every night at the neighbor hotel, so we couldn’t enjoy the balcony.

Nice spot, close to a very nice beach and nice pool area. Good for kids. Very clean and calm.
