From start to finish, our stay was truly exceptional and world-class. We arrived at the resort at 2am, and the staff welcomed us with such warmth and efficiency, making our late check-in smooth and effortless. Where do I begin? Every single staff member went above and beyond to provide excellent service. Both the breakfast and dinner were absolutely top-notch and highly recommended when booking your stay. The breakfast was the freshest and most delicious we had in all of Spain. And the dinner? Simply unforgettable—world-class cuisine. One of our favorites was the lamb chops, seared on hot coals and then finished on the griddle. They were absolutely divine. I've stayed at many 5-star resorts, but Grupotel was phenomenal. Even on my second visit, I can confidently say it’s only gotten better. Several things made our stay truly memorable: a generous room upgrade, special access to the spa one night after it had officially closed, and a kind gentleman who brought us a delicious cheese platter at 1am when room service was closed. A special shout-out to Imanol—his hospitality is something to be revered by everyone at Grupotel.

What can I say to give this hotel the adulation it deserves. The main credit of this hotel are it's staff... The level of service and attention to detail fully make the holiday... Nothing is too much trouble and they always have time to stop and chat, inquiring about your day and whether there is anything they can do to make it better. We were staying in the hotel for the 312 race, all of the staff continuously wished us luck and asked whether we needed anything in particular for preparation or after the race. It genuinely felt like you were a guest in their home, such was the pride they took in their job, a rare quality in life today.

Our hotel stay has been amazing. To start with the staff was very friendly and welcoming. They have arranged a lovely surprise for my friend who celebrated her birthday. The room was spacious and clean with a great view on the pool and sea. There is a direct access to the beach and sea which is very convenient. The outside pool area was nice and relaxing and the breakfast was amazing! We would definitely visit again.

Smashed all expectations. The staff were amazing and made every guest feel special. Friendliness had no boundaries, and constantly checked in with guests for special requests. I've stayed at many top 5-6 star hotels in the world. This ranks right up at the top. Especially the restaurant. Quality of food was phenomenal and multiple dishes being cooked fresh / live, to specified taste. I will be returning shortly with my family, and advise all to push the boat out and stay in a 'suite' room. The outside swimming pools have good depth and extremely spacious. Easy access to the beach and its beauty will shine further in the summer. This Hotel has it all and perfect location to explore the North to South East side of the Island. Only 45 minutes from Palma town.

United KingdomWe had a late flight to Mallorca which was then delayed so we didn’t arrive at the hotel until late into the evening. However we had a lovely warm welcome upon our arrival and the hotel laid on a complimentary meal and drinks for us as both restaurants had already closed for the evening which was very thoughtful and generous. The food at the hotel was excellent especially the beach view restaurant where we ate every night during our four night stay. We will definitely be back!

The customer service beginning with the check in, restaurant servers, chef, sommelier and director of the hotel are superb. All of the employees go out of their way to make sure that their guests are happy and well taken care of. The employees make this hotel stand out from all of the rest on the island. Very nice facility, staff very friendly. Breakfast buffet was incredible. I would have given a perfect rating except for our spa reservations which were overlooked. They tried to rebook them on another day but it didn’t work out for us. Other than that, it was a wonderful vacation. We didn’t want to leave.

RomaniaThe outdoor swimming pool was pretty small and the temperature could be considered cold for some.
Breakfast was very good, so was the dinner we had at the Paradiso resturant. The room was OK, nothing spectacular, maybe less impressive than most 5* hotels you've been at, but it had everything you need. Housekeeping did a great job at keeping the room clean and organized at all times. The hotel is located in a great spot on the middle of Platja del Muro and it takes you 1-2 minutes to hit the beach.
