Table close to the bed was crooked and the shower leaks water outside.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Location is great since it is located at approximately 20 minutes walk from the old city and at the same distance from the science new complex. There is a bus stop just across the road too. We had very good night sleeps despite being in a room overlooking the front and close to reception it was very quiet and the bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast is basic but there is good choice of cold items and lovely fresh orange juice.

Accomodation in valencia is never cheap but I'd say it was a little steep price wise.

The hotel is really cool in terms of decor. We loved that breakfast was included, that's such a nice addition before you go off exploring. It's a continental breakfast with everything you need and the orange juice was DELICIOUS! The hotel is located by the river and the surrounding park which is lovely, it's a little far from the train station just to know.

The shower could do with deep clean/regrouting. I found a dead cockroach on the bathroom floor on my last day. While the bed was really comfortable, I could really feel the springs on some parts of the matress. They could do with updating.

It quickly became very stuffy in the room as there was no ventilation in the bathroom. The room was very simply furnished, but there was a fridge and the price-performance ratio was still good.

The accommodation is in a great location, we could reach everything on foot and there was also a bus station nearby. The breakfast was simple but still delicious, especially the freshly squeezed orange juice. The staff was very friendly and we felt welcome.

Maybe rooms could be refurbished and interior yards a bit cleaner and the shower had a leaking tray.

Staff was extremely helpful. Breakfast was very good. It was centrally located within walking distance to city centre, Ruzafa and aquarium (approx 29 min). Located near bus stations and buses are very cheap and efficient. Very comfortable bed.

Very loud inside even with the windows closed because the hotel is next to the school and also strange and strong smell (like mold) in the room even after cleaning.

Breakfast had not much variety, but sufficient as a starter for the day.

Excellent staff, very good location, clean and good room. As we arrived earlier than normal check-in time, we were still let in the room as it was ready :) Also when we left the room, we could let our luggage in the hotel without any problem, till the evening. Thank you for a great stay in Valencia :)

Very nice hotel. Room quite small but fully equipped with everything you need. Breakfast was also tasty, you could eat yogurt, muesli, fruits, ham, cheese, bread, sweet bun, nutella etc, also coffee, tea and fresh orange juice. Reception staff is very friendly, they helped us with printing the boarding card

the room was not very soundproof, we could hear something working all the time, maybe the conditioner (it was turned off), or some pipes or something. Also we could hear a neighbour snoring in the other room. But overall it was not that bad as everything else was perfect
