It is made with attention to details and to guests. The breakfast was full of fruits. The room has everything that was needed! The service also is a top-notch! But the best is the location - 15 min on foot to the beach, 5 to the Gothic Quarter.

An absolutely beautiful place to stay with a wonderful host. Our room was gorgeous and we slept so well in the bed. Breakfast was exceptional, we didn’t realize this was included in the price and were very impressed.

The room was a bit small but I think that’s to be expected for most Barcelona hotels.

This is such a great new hotel/hostal! It is situated perfectly to see all the sights, we could pretty much walk everywhere we wanted to go. The aesthetic and decor of the hotel is lovely. Shower was great too. And the owner Sandra is so friendly and helpful! She has created something really special here. Pro tip, go up on the lovely rooftop for the garden, but make sure you get off before they lock it at 7pm - learned that the hard way!

Rooms are small and there isn't much storage space and lacks natural light, but that's reflected in the price for the basic room we got.

I liked the little hangout areas and coffee / snack facilities at each "wing" that services multiple rooms. You can tell a lot of love and care was taken with regards to the set up and the style. Also comfy beds and nice breakfast. Good location too.

The curtains were a bit hard to use and had some small holes.

Perfect for couples and breakfast couldn’t be better. Everything we could’ve wanted, plus more and appreciated the staff assistance with all of it. Bathrooms were fully stocked with toiletries. Additionally, the building felt very safe and secure.

I liked everything about this lovely hotel.

A beautiful old building. The rooms are very spacious and very well equipped. I liked the chic design of the rooms and quality and attention to detail. Very nice shampoo, conditioner, body wash and a toothbrush and toothpaste were provided and a good hairdryer. There is a lovely communal seating area for guests with kettle and tea/coffee making facilities. I loved the beautiful Mediterranean garden on the roof - nice views! It’s lovely place in a great location and Sandra the host is wonderful, so accommodating.

It is an historic building and, as such, has no elevator. Although the room had modern amenities, there was no tv.

Host Sandra goes above and beyond to ensure guests happiness and comfort. She provides an excellent breakfast and, in addition, there is a communal coffee, cake and sweets nook. Memory foam bed was very comfortable and bathroom was new with quality toiletries.

Nothing just be mindful that if bringing a lot of luggage the hotel is new and doesn't have elevator yet. but its only 2 floors and host was very helpful.

Attention to detail: beautifully decorated and artfully curated. The historic building is enchanting and has beautiful rooftop garden. Located next to Barcelona fixture restaurant 7 portes. Sandra is personable and ensures that your stay exceeds expectations. Nice breakfast, coffee and pastries in common areas. Fully equipped with toiletries etc.

I really enjoyed the property, I was especially impressed when I was feeling ill from travelling how accommodating the staff were. In addition I may have had a flight delay and I was given comfort to come back to the hotel and figure out my next steps in the worst case. As a girl travelling alone, it meant I was safe. We felt very, very comfortable! A big thank you to Sandra Baldó and the whole team for their hospitality, their helpfulness, their interest and their warmth. Located near the beach and the historic city center, Porxos Garden is in a perfect location. The neoclassical building has been renovated, all rooms are tastefully decorated with great attention to detail, modern and very cozy. The green roof garden is phenomenal, with countless native plants in full bloom at the time of our visit. A place of peace and regeneration. And a great view! Also worth mentioning is the extensive breakfast buffet, which leaves nothing to be desired and also gives you the opportunity to prepare your own drinks etc. A successful combination of being served and self-service. We would love to come back!

The only drawback is the view from the window, which is currently lacking. However, the owner is actively addressing this issue, and I am confident that soon it will truly become the ideal place to stay in Barcelona.

A fantastic place with a wonderful view of Barcelona from the balcony and terrace, which is very atmospheric! Amazing contact with the hotel staff! Clean and cozy room and bathroom. Great location, you can make your trip plans on foot. A large selection when it comes to breakfast, everyone will find something for themselves, even plant milk, which I really appreciate. Attention to detail is the charm of this place ☺️
