Rooms could do with some more bedroom furniture ie drawers. we had 3 adults in one room and there isnt a lot of storage space. it was a bit disappointing not to be able to sunbathe at the poolside, no where near enough sun loungers for every guest.

the hotel location could not be better, rooms were very clean. staff were very very friendly food was very good at breakfast.

Just a really cool place to stay. So near to the beach. And loved the modern style.

The walls have no soundproof, I could hear the next room neighbors like they were in the room with me. I would sleep only 5-6h a night because they would come in the room late and be loud. Also for the cost of the room I would expect a better quality toilet paper, I believe that was the cheapest they could get. The cover for the duvet were to sheets one below the duvet and one on top of it, I think they should buy a proper duvet cover. The hotel personnel is very unfriendly, they are cold people. From breakfast you cannot take a cup of coffee and go outside to smoke or just drink your coffee outside, they don’t allow it. It’s just because they want you to buy the coffee from the lobby bar I guess.

The staff at the bar were very slow and particularly at happy hour. Some staff at the breakfast were very rude, my friend arrived for breakfast at 10:45am and she was told she couldnt have any food. We asked for an extra place setting for breakfast and were told to move to another table quite abruptly by the waiter.

The staff were extremely helpful & friendly at reception. Juan at the pool bar was so friendly & helpful for the 3 days we were there. The food at the pool bar was very good quality.

A suite with 2 TV's but no English channels. Nowhere to put clothes ie drawers Should have USB charging ports

Great location near the Marina on the seafront. Breakfast selection was amazing! Loved the DJ sessions at the Play bar. Very reasonable prices in all bars.

Fab Hotel in amazing location .Suites provide great space and Beds are super comfy.Fresh towels and daily cleaning.Excellent Breakfast Buffet .

Not enough sun beds. Had to pay for beds on the beach! Very noisy during the day - loud music. Not suitable for couples like us who go away for peace and quiet. There are 52 steps to get from hotel to the beach. Not good for us oldies!

the room was void of comfort and smelt so strongly of bleach expectation v's reality was very off take the name "junior suite" with a massive pinch of salt

The reception staff weren’t particularly friendly. Everything has an additional charge which was not the case during my previous stays. The price for the use of the roof top pool was ridiculous. Also the €30 extra charge to have your room before 3pm even when rooms were clearly ready!!

Was expecting better entertainment at pool , usually saxophone player and violinist at pool which is what people in Ireland talk about when they come home and recommend yo friends for this reason

I enjoyed the location of the hotel . As well as breakfast was outstanding. With great facilities.

The hotel looks modern from outside, but rooms are outdated. The choice of food is various, bet the quality of it was expected to be better. Eating area is very crowded. Mostly old people.
