The noise from the restaurant at night

There is construction underway directly opposite the hotel and it is noisy in the morning if you are staying in the rooms facing it and want to sleep in.

lovely boutique style hotel - very nice breakfast, comfortable big bed, good shower and clean hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Restaurant on site is nice. Nice courtyard area out the back for breakfast and lounging. Good location for a walk to the marina/beach area in about 15mins.

The only thing it wasn't super nice was that we could hear the restaurant noise (music/people) from our room until late.

The staff was wonderful! Also, good breakfast and big and clean room. The location is very good, close to the metro and the beach. We really enjoyed!

The service for one occasion of evening dinner was slow. Cheerful but under pressure.

Nice simple breakfast. Vibe and style of the place were great - not at all like many huge, soulless hotels we frequent. Quirky and interesting.

Only two things which are not direct fault of hotel and that is you can hear everything when in your room. I could even hear and apologies for writing this down, next door going a wee. Every drop. The other was little hot water, so showers had to be be pretty quick.

The area, vibe and look of hotel, all very cook and exactly what I love.

Its not actually a hotel, but a restaurant (with no ventilation - always stinks) which has some rooms to rent. This means that there no lobby, no breakfast room (the breakfast is seved through restaurant and is very poor, expensive and not even decent) The room was extremery humid with no access to the sunlight.

Although not in the centre of the city, its is located in a very beautiful and colorfull neighbourhood. The staff is very friendly and helpfull.

Unfortunately, there was a major building site across the road and they worked from 8am -6pm and little soundproofing from the windows.

Could not stay longer. Only the room was positioned in such way that you can not really see much of the sky. No big deal, since there is so much to see in the city, that you won't spend much time in the hotel anyway.

Great hotel, interesting concept, very helpful and responsive team at the reception (24h open), big, comfy and clean room, good location, AC in the room. The team from the reception got in touch even before arrival and responed on all questions very quickly. That was a very nice introduction and first impression, which they only confired and reinforced in person.

Just one small thing is sleepers, it was no sleepers, and floor is cold, due to our trip was on January. But in bathroom was tooth brush, shampoo, shower gel and hair dryer.

It was so clean and modern, very close to the seaside, and underground station. Restaurant on the first floor is very nice and delicious. I would like to say thank you to Miss Alice, the best waitress

I would have liked to know about the huge construction work on the other side of the road. I saw it was mentioned in some previous reviews but I imagined it was over already. Something that big should be mentioned on the description or something. It was impossible to sleep after 8 o’clock.

Perfect location, not in the immediate center so a bit more peaceful area but very good bus and metro connections to everywhere. The staff was great. Tidy room and looks like the pictures. Great breakfast and the hotel has also a restaurant downstairs. Extremely good value for money.

It's situated on the city outskirts, some of the buildings around are under construction, however the area was safe and nearby to the beach and very nice coffee places.

Cozy stay close to the beach, 5' by walk from metro line. The staff was very helpful and friendly and a comfortable bed. I would recommend a bike rental to easily get around the area or to the beach, the bike rental recommended by the hotel worked like a charm!
