The online check-in was like going through customs at Newark, very rigorous! The sofabed rather lets down the style. There was only one wine glass and one water tumbler so we had to buy some more. Some lights not working in the bathroom. Not big deals but a lack of attention to detail. I think the managers have listened to complaints as there was toilet roll, kitchen roll, washing up liquid, sponge and cloth, dishwasher tablets and some salt and a little oil. Happily we had no problems with smelly toilets as mentioned in a number of reviews.

The location is fabulous as are the views. The road below is super quiet, which is not the case for most of the frontline. The kitchen is newly fitted with a dishwasher and washing machine. The shower pressure is good. It's 15 minutes walk to the old town, so the best of both worlds. We slept with the window open and could hear the lapping of the waves which was blissful.

You must go to the company office to collect the keys while you are coming with your bags & things. Also you must put deposit in the office. The deposit cash is not accepted. The very bad smell in the washroom coming from the drainage.

We had to collect the keys at an agency. From there we had to go by taxi to the appartment. The agency charged 5 € just for calling a taxi without telling us. The taxi driver had to collect the 5 € from us after the ride. This is ridiculous considering the high price of the apartment and a bit cunning. After our stay I tried to reach the agency because we had forgotten something in the apartment. It was not possible to reach anybody, even not via the booking.com chat.

The view and location are fantastic. This is the only reason for the high price.

the toilet is smelly, especially at night. left the bathroom door open on the first night but the smell became overwhelming. the following nights I kept the bathroom door closed which shut down the smell.

Location, location, location …. Apartment located on 11th floor with an amazing view on the beach and sea from the balcony. The flat was big enough for a 3-person family, clean, well-equipped, beds comfortable. The staff available via whatsapp and responsive when we needed them.

Loved Everything and to be quite honest I would not read the negative reviews. You are paying for an apartment in the middle of a vibrant city where you have Everything you need from this ideal location. It did not smell, the bed is very comfortable, there are plenty of soft large towels, it is clean, excellent.

The place is not bad but not for its price and not for people with kids. The apartment is one out of several managed by the host, and the key has to be collected from their office - they have zero flexibility with that, so as we landed in Malaga rather late it was an added hassle to go to the office first with a sleepy baby. The walls are paper thin, you could hear people talking in other apartments. Also, this was the first time that we stayed in a place that didn’t even have soap, or basic cupboard stockings eg salt, sugar, or cooking oil. There were ants in the kitchen, every morning the kitchen counter would be full of them even though we didn’t leave any food around. The floors were dirty, there was a cup and some utensils in the dishwasher already covered with mould. Finally, the smell in the bathroom has been mentioned several times here and it is still there indeed. So all in all the place is alright, but the price tag should be less expensive to match the quality of the place.

The view is stunning, and location of the property is great. There are ACs in both rooms and the bedsheets were clean.

More towels would be good. The bed is just enough to fit two people, so if you have small kids, could be a problem to sleep all together in one bed.

Super fresh apartment, amaaaazing view from the balcony. Good solution with the apartment keys, easy check-in east check-out. You live practically AT THE BEACH… just cross the street. The staff contacts you through Whatsapp and they answer quickly and help you with everything you need.

Quite expensive for a one-bedroom apartment. Complicated to pick up the keys after office hours. You have to fetch them from a box on the wall of a building in the city centre, which is not easy when the taxi can’t stop in the street because of rush hour traffic and one-way street. Thin walls, so neighbours could be heard from all sides. Garbage bags were not provided. No awning on the balcony for some shade if you wanted.

Fantastic views over sea, beach and mountains. . Close to supermarkets and only 5 mins walk to historic centre. Well equipped and new kitchen (although a couple of “over used” teflon pans). Comfortable bed. Good wifi. The agent was easily contactable.

Not much to say on negative side. Maybe sleeping sofa was not the most comfortable, especially if you want to stay longer than just a few nights.

On positive side, amazing location, really good communication with host, breathtaking views from the balcony, shops and restaurants were really close.
