The location and apartment rooms was clean and very nice stay with my family

Noises coming from other hotel ventilation system, lack of facilities for kids. Tv didn´t work, but that wasn´t much of a problem for us. What we didn´t like was lack of things like salt or pepper in the kitchen or dish soup.

Hotel location was good, close to the beach. Personnel was friendly. Daily cleaning was nice too. Fresh towels every day. Life guard by the pool. Friendly, family atmosphere.

the sound isolation - you could hear everything when with the doors and windows closed. but it was manageable

The TV is not smart Tv , noise from the bar till 2 am. room 113 from building 2 is affected.

WiFi didn't work. Pool wasn't heated, rooms are basic, no TV in bedroom and air con never got cool enough.

We did not get a pool or sea view as suggested and we didn’t get 2 sofa beds as suggested so it would of been nice to have the sofas for when we were not in bed .

This is not HSM fault, but the area is quite noisy. We had room on the other side from the bar that in many reviews is mentioned as loud. We had small view on the sea and main street right in front. But if you dont have problems with sleeping or have earplugs then its fine. There could be dish soap, we had to use hand soap but didnt cook. If someone would cook then that soap may be not enough. There were mosquitos but not many, and again, it is not HSM fault.

Location, staff, comfort, view and cleanness are advantages. In the room is almost everything you need (I was missing only dish soap). We really liked bingo night, could be more than once a week and more than two games. It was fun! We didnt eat there so cant rate food. Also didnt use pool and anything except our room once one bingo game.

In HSM2, aircondition was noisy, which we claimed and then we were moved into different room. Then all was ok.

Accomodation was clean, not far away from beach. Breakfasts and dinners were good.

We needed to pay for the safe service (deposit+weekly price) We needed to pay the drinks instantly at the dinner, it would have been more comfortable to charge them for the room bill. Room equipment was missing: salt, oil, washing liquid. Coffee machine was available but only the American type, it would have been better to have one for capsules.

The staff was very friendly. We really appreciated the programs for the kids every night. The wide selection of food. The view was fantastic and also the balcony. My son received a gift for his birthday, it was a great experience;)

All the staff were so friendly the bar, cleaning staff and entertainment staff. The apartments were so clean and we liked that they were cleaned every day. The pool area was always comfortable and you could get sun beds any time of the day. We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect.

There is only one lift for the whole hotel, which at busiest times can be difficult to get in. Average quality food at dinner but plenty of choices even for the picky eaters. No walking pier which was dissapointing for us as having been in Can Picafort in previous years we were expecting one.

Close to the beach. Comfortable for 4 people. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Good night entertainment for both adults and children. Activities throughout the day for children with the fantastic Alicja. Slide and swings next to the hotel for kids. Great breakfast.
