The front door was little tricky to open, but we eventually got the right technique. It could get noisy outside from the park and the taberna, but not enough to disturb us.

Janiira messaged me with clear instructions, including a video to locate the property and collect the keys. It turned out she was there as well and helped us settle in. We had great view of the park and the river. There were many restaurants just a few steps away. There was even a taberna in the same building.

The first floor location with cafe tables literally directly outside your window made us keep the windows and shades closed all the time.

Best location by the El Greco museum and a quiet park and easily walkable in the wonderful old town Toledo. The apartment was very comfortable with a good layout and well-stocked for cooking. Helpful staff through texting for local restaurant recommendations.

Problem with odours from plumbing, staff did their best to try to fix the problem, but it needs more than deodorising to fix this issue.

There were some minor corners that were overlooked by the cleaner but was immediately attended to once we told Janira.

Great location right beside the Toledo castle. The park and river view is a plus point. The person in charge Janira is very helpful to every request we had before and during the stay - she was there during the check-in, and even early check out in the morning.

Tidy and spacious one bedroom apartment in central but quiet location. The blockout shutters are brilliant, allowing you to get a proper night’s sleep. Apartment is light and airy by day. Motorcycle parking is available in a secure garage 200m from the apartment.

The host (Janira) is very helpful. Video with explanation for picking up the key and parking the car is provided via WhatsApp and next to that she was always close if someone needs help (which I didn't but she's very high service level)

A word for those who may be less able. There are a lot of hills and stairs as the city is placed well above the surrounding countryside.

A small but functional property. Well situated it looked out on to a small park and cafe terrace which you could hear during the day but was quiet after 7pm. We had two dogs so the park was handy although there is a riverside walk less that ten minutes away. Host was approachable and information clear. We paid for car parking which, I would say, is necessary as Toledo is an ancient city not built for cars. We were in the Jewish Quarter which has abundant cafe and restaurants as well as places to explore including the El Greco meters away from the front door. The rest of the city is in walking distance.

The flat was ground floor with an outside eating area of a cafe directly outside the window so you couldn’t open the nets during the day or the blinds at night without the cafe clients being able to see in. Not really the fault of the property though. I arrived late and couldn’t find a shop, it would have been lovely to have some milk and tea/coffee on arrival. The shower room silicone and shower door seal were yellow. They were clean, just a bit unsightly and easy to keep good

The communication with the management was exceptional. Responded to any questions right away. The apartment is sound proof even though it is located on a square with a view that attracts alot of people. Very clean and the heating was quiet and efficient. We are travelling either our little dog. And he could stay with a 20€. We also used the underground secure parking for the 10€ per day. We'll definitely stay again when we are on our return trip home.
