There is no reception or people around but there is someone to contact. Only thing was we had to travel to another location to store out bags after we checked out but there was at least still the option to store them.

Room was very modern spacious and clean. Location was superb.

Check in using keypad so didn’t have any contact with staff, except for 1 phone call which was answered promptly. Had air conditioning but we couldn’t turn it off or on as it was activated remotely. Convenient location.

The room where we stayed at was located on a rather noisy street, we were there at the weekend so there were a lot of people/crowds right in front of the hotel, drinking and talking loudly all night.

I really liked the self check-in, was really innovative, the room was clean, with a really nice bed but smaller than what we expected, location was great in the heart of the city.

You need to walk approx 7min to leave luggage if you have flight after check out.

Nalu Boutique rooms are clean, comfortable and in the centre of Valencia.

The main entrance is not very obvious, but it was not too difficult to find.

Room description had city view this is an exaggeration as the window faces a building across the road. Check in was all done by computer and took a bit too long as there was 4 of us. Would like shampoo in bathroom as body wash not good for hair.

excellent location and communication was by whatsapp and response was very speedy no interactions with staff as hotel was not staffed.

It’s a self checkin hotel with very clear instructions. Amazing location. The hotel is modern with nice rooms. The bed is very comfortable and you have also coffee in the room.

No kettle to make a cup of tea,. Tried to boil hot water using coffee machine but didn’t turn out well. Also the coffee was not one my sister or myself liked. We asked for two keys and it only gave us one.

The room had only one tiny window overlooking a tiny internal courtyard - it felt like night in the middle of a beautiful sunny day. The elevator left us in the dark both times - not great as there is nobody there.

The location was great, and the room was very clean. The remote check in worked well, in spite of my initial concerns. The beds were very comfortable. Parking instructions were clear and easy.

Passport wouldn't scan for check in so took a short while to enter all the details - while it was nice not having to speak to anyone, perhaps a human would have been helpful. I like to ask hotel staff for recommendations, so you're missing a personal touch in some aspects. Very loud when others are walking past your room but it wasn't disruptive and didn't keep me up.

Clean, functional, scandi style rooms. Loved the simplicity of the bathrooms. Rooms had everything you need including hairdryer, USB charging points, coffee pods for the morning, full length mirror in wardrobe, clean towels and Rituals soap/shampoo. Location is fantastic if you want to be in the thick of it (especially during Fallas festival) Quick walk to travel links.

The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything. The shop near the property stays open very late and we could hear everything.

The location is perfect. Very central and close to train station. The communal living space was also very confortabile as we could set up our laptop and do some work.

I don’t like that the double bed is made out of two single beds joined

I really liked the design and loved the towels, probably the best I have ever found in an hotel. The location is great as the staff who helped us taking care of our bags.

Not that I didn’t like it but the place was super private to the core, no human interaction and the only people we met were cleaners, who were lovely anyway.

Location is not bad, but the nearest parking is located about 5 min walking.

The room was really clean. Shared area was spacy and nicely designed. Smooth check-in.
