Large room and bathroom size, with good wardrobe space. Comfy bed. Good location, close to metro and shopping mall with restaurants, but also walking distance to the Old Town.

I feel like the hotel is quite old and is in need of renovation, the bathroom and also near the pool smells like it has molds.

Although it was not in the city centre, it was well connected and also just nearby Turia park. It was quite roomy and no worries about space. I love that they also have some cooked veggies at breakfast The staff were quite friendly and accommodating.

Hotel is clearly outdated and need a refurbishment. Also sitting area around pool is very small especially when you want to do some sunbathing. Staff is pretty ‘cool / neutral’ in their reaction and support.

Location. Room (as the rest of the hotel) is ‘dated’. But it was spacious enough and had sufficient cupboards. Breakfast was copious with sufficient choice. Top roof with (small) swimming pool and great view of the city.

Bed was hard especially for a 4 star hotel, disappointed. Several times used the ground floor Snack bar , had to go to reception to ask for someone to serve us at lunchtime. In the evening the same, no service at the bar. When we came to leave with a hotel discount card in the parking garage it didn’t work. Had to pay full price for the 2 days parking. In no position to inform the hotel as we were holding up traffic to leave the car park. Information about the parking machine was minimal. No help where parking machine was or to pay before moving the car. Only on machine by the exit ramp. Information about this would be really at the hotel repetition . A lot of angry drivers.

Unfortunately the bed was hard. For 4 star hotel not good. No staff at the snack bar, waiting ages for service. Car park- information given by the front desk was not helpful ie payment machine, supposed to get discount from hotel , didn’t happen.

Great place to stay, quiet and relaxing. Made to feel welcome. Snack bar excellent food. Couldn’t use the spa facilities due to my husband surgery. It was very restful for us after his surgery.

Nothing it was exactly what it sell itself as. The location is quite centric.

It was a good comfy room albeit on the small side although the bathroom was very spacey. The staff was great and very nice. The rooftop with the pool is very quaint and nice.

Not many restaurants close by, most about 20 min walk, ok when the weather is nice.

Sadly the walls and doors were very thin, we heard every noise from the floor (also at 03:30 in the morning our partying neighbours)

The furniture is a bit old and therefore not the prettiest. There was a bench in my room which needs cleaning - it's quity dusty. No kettle and no tea in the room, no free mineral water.

Bar and restaurant were very quiet Issue with parking ticket. The ticket on departure was not accepted at the barrier. Contacted via the intercom an operator who advised that the barrier was up and we could exit. Unsure if payment was made or if the hire car company will bill us later (plus their handling charge)

Unfortunately as my husband is disabled and cannot do steps. The pool and roof bar was up one flight of stairs so he wasn't able to experience this area. This is a minor thing for us and it is just for information purposes. It did not spoil our visit.

The location was excellent for our needs. The reception staff are the friendly and most helpful I've encountered. Nothing was too much trouble. Room was extremely comfortable and easy access. We was checked in earlier than the allotted time. For this we was very grateful. Thank you to Alvero who was very eager to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable. It was. On returning from a day in Valencia it was lovely to have received a gift in the bedroom for my husband's birthday. Big thanks to staff and management. We will be back

I really cannot point to anything in particular, overall it was a very enjoyable experience.

A complimentary bottle of water would have nice as plane delayed and arrived 3am- instead the water in room was €4 Scrambled eggs not great and bacon greasy

Breakfast had wide range of fruit breads cereals and fresh fruit and cheese, excellent - also great coffee Beds v comfortable Staff friendly and helpful Pool was a bonus for our 11 yr old traveller
