Absolutely everything about this property was incredible, this is one of the nicest overnight accomadations we have stayed in, everything was just perfect...we have already recommended our friends to book there....the views were stunning the staff were extremely helpful and the breakfast served to us on the terrace overlooking the orchard was just delightful...stay here you will not be disappointed.

Everything was wonderful. One thing, it should be noted that the hotel is located in a secluded place, so there are no restaurants or shops within walking distance, by car - 8-10 minutes.

A wonderful cosy hotel 15 minutes from San Sebastian by car. The room is spacious and bright, the window offers an incredible view of the mountains and the city. The room has all amenities, a table, a fridge, a coffee maker.

The remote place. Due to the storm Cillian we were isolated, far from restaurants and public places (even by car). But for a quiet retreat is perfect.

Great accomodation, great view and usefull parking. Everything very modern and nicely managed. Breathtaking surroundings!

Everything was perfect for us.

It was a great location where we were able to relax after a few busy weeks of traveling. David met us with a big smile on arrival, and he was very helpful in giving us information about local restaurants and things to do in San Sebastian. The guest house is a short drive to San Sebastian, where we were able to park easily in a parking garage and walk and enjoy the sights. Our room was large, clean, and very comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on our terrace overlooking the apple orchard and listening to the birds and enjoying the tranquility of this exceptionally good accommodation. Thank you for a lovely stay, and we hope to be back again soon.

Nothing to complain about here at all.

The setting was beautiful and peaceful. The room and balcony were stunning, and everything was impeccably clean. Marta was on hand to make sure that we had everything we needed (her English was excellent -much better than our Spanish!). Highly recommend this property.

First of all our host, Hemerson, was excellent and did everything with a smile on his face. The accommodation is so peaceful and just relaxing on the terrace was enjoyable. Local restaurants were good too and very friendly

Everything - we had a wonderful week here. The suite was spacious and spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable and the furnishings were all in A+++ condition. Views from the windows were stunning. The owners were extremely helpful and kind, nothing was too much trouble for them. This is one of the best places I have ever stayed in a lifetime of traveling. Thank you both.

Everything was perfect, down to the smallest detail. The terrace was the most impressive detail. It was almost as large as the room and it is the perfect spot to have a coffee in the morning. The bed has huge, and truly comfortable. One of the best experiences with the best price-quality ratio.

Our tip is to advice customers to tell them that the road to go out of the location is a bit tricky There is a huge pothole when you leave the domain

10 out of 10! We came to sleep over night and decided to stay more because we liked the place so much ❤️ Excellent calm location just 15 minutes from the centre of San Sebastian. Everything is sparkling clean, many design things, very stylish and cozy house. The bed is super comfy, the receptionist Judith is very friendly and nice. Also we bought here some local cider which is produced partially fro the garden around. Definitely would recommend the accomodation and will come back with a pleasure /!

Although we loved everything, while booking we didn’t realise that the property is located on hilltop and as we were not planning on renting a car, we were walking up and down the hill and we had an old person in the group so it became difficult for him.

the property is very pretty and cosy and is located on a hilltop. the views around are amazing among the orchards. the hotel manager, Judit was really helpful and super friendly!
