From the moment we walked into the hotel we were welcomed with smiles. The staff in reception, the bar, and summit bar are all accommodating, very pleasant and always waiting on you. The pools are amazing and so clean.They really do give you a holiday to remember. Room was spotless, bathroom the same, shower was lovely. Balcony good size and soundproofed so no noise from outside. Could hear noise from the hallways but didnt bother us. Breakfast was also very good, lots of options. We ate dinner and lunch out so can't comment on that but restaurant was always busy. Entertainment every evening in Spanish and English, would highly reccommend. We will definitely be returning again.

The sunbeds are very sheltered, in the shade till around noon. We were only there for 3 nights and one of the days from 2pm the pool area was used for a corporate event. Other than that everything was lovely.

The hotel was spotless and cleaned everyday. Great selection of food and the roof pool was fab!!

It was super easy to get to from the Reus Airport shuttle bus. The hotel is right on the strip next to shops, bars and restaurants leading down to the beach - yet you are not disturbed by the noise below. The room was very clean and modern. The staff are very helpful! The breakfast was tasty and there was a good choice. The drinks at the bar were cheap too! We would 1000% stay here again, when coming back to Salou.

I didn't like the way the tea and coffee facilities were closed up for lunch and dinner 🙃. We irish people love our cup of tea at lunch and dinner, but we weren't given the choice. Perhaps if they charged for the tea and coffee at lunch and diner, it would be a better idea. 🤔

The hotel is very pleasing to look at and comfortable in every area .The summit bar and pool and great chill out zones were exceptional 😎. Everybody in the staff was really polite and helpful 👍 .I would stay here again.

We stayed for a short getaway and absolutely loved it! The location of the hotel is amazing and everything you need is within walking distance. The rooms are clean and spacious with comfy beds. The bathrooms are lovely with good a good shower and lots of storage. We didn’t eat in the hotel so I can’t comment on that but the hotel as a whole was exactly what we wanted. Reception staff were also very welcoming and easy to talk to. The rooftop pool and bar was also lovely and very clean, the bar staff work very hard to get your drinks to you quickly and are always smiling.

The pools are fab and breakfast was great. Being able to borrow towels for pool by paying a deposit was so handy. Staff all very friendly and efficient. Very good location.

there was no HOTUB,i have a back injury and was looking forward to using one.

The pools were freezing, within our 9 day stay we couldn’t use them once, which was v dissapointing.

The room was a bit warm, so we had to had to leave the aircon on, which I think gave me a cough. The summit bar was underwhelming; completely empty when we arrived and there was maintenance happening during service hours. We also told the hotel that it was my birthday and it wasn't acknowledged (just a small thing, but hotels I have worked in would always acknowledge occasions) The tv isn't a smart TV!

Comfy beds. Great location next to shops, restaurants, bar and the beach. The room was clean and modern. We had a balcony which was nice. There is free live entertainment in the bar each night with a different act every night. They had a room where we could store our luggage after departure.
