Great holiday, very modern hotel and central to the main areas. Rooftop pool is a great touch well worth it.

we had a room in the 5th floor just under the rooftop swimming pool and it was crazy noisy 24/24h we couldn’t sleep well at all !

While the room was lovely and well equipped it was a tad small, we asked for 2 beds as we were friends sharing but there was a double and a single which didn’t leave much room to store suitcases and other bits and bobs etc - but that’s just me picking as I really can’t fault the hotel at all.

Beautiful hotel, spotlessly clean and very well decorated to a very modern style. Facilities were brilliant, the rooftop pool was the best, plenty of sun loungers available all day. The staff were all so lovely and friendly, they couldn’t do enough to help you especially, Juan, Carlos, Raquel and Miguel. The food was lovely and there was such a big variety every day so you were able to try lots of new things. The location was ideal, on the main strip with all the shops and supermarkets seconds away, the beach is a 5 min walk.

The welcome cocktail was much appreciated, but in a hotel of this category/price, I expected to at least be offered a choice.....

Amazing attention to detail regarding my dietary preferences. Good selection of food. Although the cocktail machine was broken, the bar staff offered to make the welcome cocktail by hand.

The bedroom was a bit small and lacked storage space.

The location of this hotel is brilliant. A side door of the hotel leads straight onto a street with lots of shops and cafes. There is a supermarket right outside the front of the hotel and the beach is a 5 minute walk away. The pool areas did not feel too crowed as people were split between the downstairs pool and the rooftop pool. We were very impressed with both pools and noticed that the lifeguard was monitoring if guests were reserving sun loungers. The whole hotel was spotless and felt very modern compared to the other hotels in the area.

Wifi was patchy. The hotel is located in an area where guests are out all night and can be noisy.

The food is excellent and varied. The pool very pleasant and wide. The staff top!

The only issue I would say that we had was that when we went to check into our room at 13:00 which was the scheduled time, we were told our room wasn't ready yet and we had to wait an extra one hour and a half. This would normally have been fine but after travelling all morning, we just wanted to unwind, shower and rest after our flight. As well as this, they forget to inform you that at the weekend, the rooftop pool area turns into a rave/club where a lot of the young tourists of Salou were going to party. My partner and I went up to the rooftop expecting to have a cocktail in the evening, but were then stopped by security and asked to pay £20 each to have access to the 'club'. Considering we were residents of the hotel, we were expected to be allowed to use all the facilities, or at least be given a discount to enter this area. However when we explained this, they still said we had to pay £20 to get in. Luckily, you couldn't hear any noise from the rave/party in our room and we were on the third floor, however, I don't know if this is the case if your room is closer to the rooftop.

The style and décor of the hotel is modern and new. The hotel served an excellent selection of foods for breakfast, ranging from cold continental to a fully cooked breakfast. They had live cooking stations and several state of the art Nescafe machines, that you could tell were brand new. As well as this, the rooms were very clean and spacious, having recently been renovated. Air-conditioning was great and the cleaners did a thorough job every day to tidy your room. I was specifically pleased by the tranquil and relaxing rooftop pool that had a great jacuzzi and cocktail bar. Furthermore, the evening entertainment was very enjoyable to watch from our balcony- I would recommend upgrading to a pool view room for this. The pool downstairs looked inviting, but it was very busy, so we just went to the rooftop one instead.

The pool was amazing Great atmosphere all day and evening Fantastic location, right beside shops, bars and restaurants. Only a few minutes walk from the beach Staff was beyond helpful. Rooms were spotlessly clean 100% recommend to anyone. Will definitely be back!

If I was to be critical of anything, I would suggest having an option to buy sandwiches at the bar. We loved the selection of cold refreshments and coffees, particularly the 'Bombon', an amazing latte with condensed milk and chocolate. My girlfriend loved it immensely. If these amazing refreshments were complimented with the option of purchasing a small snack such as a sandwich or wrap it would be a huge bonus. We were a bit hungry one day and the only option was the buffet which we weren't hungry enough for. We would have loved to have an option to buy a sandwich though.

The rooms were incredible! They were the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in on any holiday I've taken abroad. The air conditioning in the rooms was incredible and it was never too hot or too cold. The cleaners did a fantastic job; no matter how late we left the room we always came back to a clean room with fresh towels. The breakfast was very good as there was plenty of options to suit anyone's needs. We had access to nespresso coffee machines which were a nice bonus as well. Staff were very nice! The location was just perfect. Right inside the town, about a 5 minute walk from the beach and while it says 23 minute walk from portaventura it only took myself and my partner about 10-15 minutes to walk there. We didn't need transport at anytime while we were staying there as everything was within our reach. The pool was amazing and at night the pool transformed into a very classy stage and the entertainment line-up during the evening was incredible.
