Advertised bar etc but it was shut for some reason. I know there are a lot of bars around but at the end of an evening it’s lovely to just chill out in your own hotel.

Breakfast was ok. Shame they didn’t cook to order ie omelette etc. not too keen on microwaving my food. Staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Sadly some of the food looked a bit frazzled by the heat of the room.

Excellent location, right by the market. Lovely room with all the amenities (minus kettle like many Spanish hotels). Quiet, good shower and very comfy bed. Plunge pool was a nice added extra where we chilled as friends.

We found the room quite small as bathroom took a lot of space. Staff thin on the ground so often hard to obtain help. Easily fixed!

Very well located hotel, close to the Cathedral and Market in the middle of the old town of Valencia. Modern well appointed room, good WiFi.

Breakfast was a strange experience with only about 12 high stools around 3 long tables

Location is excellent although it can be difficult to find due to the one way system and narrow street. Our transfer took 20 mins to find the hotel despite speaking to the hotel on the phone. Staff were friendly and helpful and rooms were spacious and very clean

A bit outdated room, with visible little damages. For example cracked plinth all over the perimeter. We got a dark room facing the next building. Not a problem for one night stay, but still, the whole impression of the room is “cold”.

Please replace your soap! 😂 It's hardly worth the name. Also, the bed was a bit strange, comfortable but slightly sloping at the sides. Restless sleepers might end up on the floor.

The breakfast offer could be bit better, no proper coffee machine just nespresso. There is clear black glass wall between the room and shower. Part of glass should be opaque for privacy.

Bedroom storage could be improved. We didn't like the low height of the shower and the door in clothes hanging area opening back to block off sink and we would prefer sink in the bathroom. There was an unpleasant smell on entering the room. Breakfast area not very inviting.

There's a pre-checkin process which turned out to be completely useless because check in was manual anyways and took too long. Breakfast is served in the hotel restaurant, which is not the same management of the hotel. It is just Ok. There's variey, but cold eggs, hard "jamon" and not as fresh of bread. Maybe we were just unlucky

No coffee or tea making facilities in the room. We paid for breakfast and the hot selection was kept warm and the yoghurts were not refrigerated. Gluten free options restricted to lemon cake (no bread, crackers or cereals). Fruit options limited to apple, orange or kiwi.

There wasn't any drawer or shelf to store clothes inside the wardrobe. Only the pole to hang on the jackets. The room has plenty of space and it looked, despite the design, that somebody wasn't good enough to finish the interior of the wardrobe. Also, the terrace was closed and although it was announced that the swimming pool was closed during this season I think it would be a good point to have the chance to sunbathe for a short time.

The lighting in the room and the shower were trying to be flash and modern but, actually , simpler would be much better !
