Sound proofing for the busy road junction right outside the hotel could be better - particularly for those rooms with a balcony overlooking. It is expensive. Otherwise, there is nothing not to like about this hotel.

The room and bathroom, including all the toilettries provided were superb. The bed was comfortable and the robes and slippers were a welcome touch. The breakfast on the terrace on the 7th floor was wonderful. The food quality and selection was excellent and the view lovely. Location was convenient, right opposite Atocha station.

Great, stylish hotel; wonderful service; very attentive and friendly staff; excellent and varied breakfast (possibly the best hotel buffet breakfast I’ve ever had). Located next to the Estación Madrid - Puerta de Atocha; close to Reina Sofia Museum and - in the opposite direction - the Prado Museum and Retiro Park. Recommend you book your airport taxi with the front desk: they’ll take care of everything.

The hotel is conveniently located next to the Atocha train Station so great for travelers. However, the whole area was under construction so the access was inconvenient. The staff is very friendly and the hotel has a cool style. Rooms are good, clean and comfortable. We organized and event with clients in one of the event rooms and the indoor patio. The the staff was very attentive, but the catering and food service was very slow and food was average. They let us stay for a longer time than booked to compensate so that was a nice gesture. All in all, is was good, but not amazing.

Rooms on the low floors look right into a bar/lounge area. We asked to be moved to a higher floor, and the staff was very accommodating.

Compact space still had all the amenities one would expect in a quality hotel. The breakfast buffet featured an impressive variety of tempting choices. The location is within an easy walk from Madrid's Atocha station, the Prado and Botanical Garden. Staff friendly and eager to help.

Fantastically welcoming staff and some great recommendations for dinner (big shout out to Esther!) . Good location, although a 20 min walk to get into the main center, its a simple route and you always have the ability to get the metro directly outside the hotel. Taxi's are plentiful but beware the hotel is on the junction of a main road, so sometimes difficult for them to stop., better to walk around the corner slightly. The desk staff even advised us to go a little later for breakfast the first night we stayed, as they had a large business contingent in the hotel who would be using it between 7am and 8am - a great suggestion which avoided disappointment of a noisy / busy breakfast! A real sense of "make yourself at home"- can't wait to return :)

The only downsize was the price: for how the hotel is lovely, 217 Eur per night is a bit too expensive.

Very lovely hotel with excellent staff. The location could not be better, as tube station is one minute away, there are several bus stations a few minutes away and of course Atocha train station is very close. You are walking distance from the museums and the El Retiro Park. The area is residential which I consider a plus, as it wasn't as busy and noisy as the Centro. Very comfortable as the lobby is lovely and has a both a bar and a bakery, plus the restaurant on the top floor is good, we ate there twice. Our room was of good size and the bed was comfortable. We particularly loved the spacious shower. Staff was great, very kind and very responsive.
