The shower rooms could use some more hooks to hang your things to keep them dry while showering. Also the people were very quiet and respectful, but because of the location of my pod, I got a fair amount of street noise. The hotel does offer ear plugs though!

Very cool futuristic space like capsule hotel. Great value for your money, and the capsule I was in was clean, comfortable and had all the features I wanted. Way better than a regular hostel as the pods have locking doors. Great location and very nice and helpful staff.

Just the problem is someone snored at the night and they couldn't help for that. Because of the style of capsule, I heard so much. Toilets and bathrooms are shared so I didn't like so much cleaning but it was okay for couple nights.

It was good experience for me. The capsule was useful. The location is so close to Gran Via and I could walked lots of touristic places. Generally just for sleep, it was good.

if you need just a bed, this is a good option - in a "normal" hotel they would charge you twice as much and you would sleep in some old bed and dirty placer. this is all new and spotless clean. vending machines on site.

Mattress was the worst thing I have genuinely ever slept on

The whole concept is cool, the pods are spacious and just enough room. The mirror is really nice. Also it was very clean. Location phenomenal

The place is confortable and clean, not so noisy excelence locations Staff friendly , didn't take breakfast is not includad but have a space to do it and espended machines.

There is a strange smell that lingers in the communal areas of the sleeping quarters and bathrooms - but it might be poor ventilation. The noise in the evenings was also very disturbing to someone who wants an early night but - still sleepable and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Great proximity to centra Madrid. The reception staff were lovely and helpful. Facilities I felt were always clean and tidy.

1 very flat pillow (had to roll up my jacket for some elevation 🙃 A hook opposite pod for the towel ,come on please,you can get those stick on ones 5 for 2 euro 🤣 That's it ,if you are a light sleeper some ear plugs and a sleep mask is my recommendation

The Location was perfect,near chueca a very vibrant gay area, The pod was excellent,a t.v with great options,the people were very respectful regarding noise ,a small but functional kitchen and great showers all kept very clean , If you find small spaces cosy and start thinking how to turn a bedroom into a double pod then this is for yews ✌️, Ooooh and the WiFi was very good .

The pillow was tiny and thin, was only there one night, otherwise I would have asked for two pillows. The lockers are outside the room and there is no where to place your luggage except on the ground which makes it hard to rearrange / you end up being in the way

Great location right off of Gran Via. Super friendly staff and I liked that my pod locked from the inside. Felt very safe. Super clean property.

The toilet paper was often empty, be sure to check before you go! It's not a social hostal. You can hear the streets during the day, but didn't hear much at night.

I felt safe in this hostal. I felt like my stuff was safe in the lockers and in the capsules. As a solo, female traveller, this was important to me. Great location and seemed like a fairly good area. The capsule was big enough for me, however if you are tall, you may struggle.

The capsules look very beautiful however they are all made/covered in plastic which is a pain. They are all but sound proof. Every move inside or outside the capsule is heard. Even just by opening the capsules door it looks like you're opening a war tank window. In my opinion entrance should be more controlled as we could spot some people asking for money every time just outside the main door. You can just ring and they will open the doors.. Overall the stay was fine and has a good value for money

A bit to much noise at a later hour in the night, caused by night walkers slippers on the floor. The dust could be cleaned more, but does not bother that much.

The staff was very friendly, facilities were up to date. Will return for sure. All in all was ver very good.
