The only minor issue I had is that you could hear the other residents at night, if they were in the kitchen. Nothing some earplugs coudn’t solve.

The place is in the center, close to everything. It’s very clean, nice, there are fruits and coffee in the kitchen. The staff is very kind and available at any time. They also let us leave our lagguge with them, for the entire day, after checking out.

We had the room next to the kitchen so it was noisy when people using it and were opening and closing the cupboards.

Great location, rooms are clean, shared kitchen is well equipped and the terrace is really beautiful. Communication was friendly and informative. I would stay here again.

The location is perfect. Short walks to all the main sights. Friendly staff and a very comfortable, clean room. An added bonus was the rooftop terrace! Just step out the door and a ride to the top in the elevator gives you an oasis amid plants and views of the city. Lots of chairs and lounges. We would rest up there for a couple hours at the end of the day before heading out for dinner.

- I would say that bed is quite small for two people :( - Lighting in the bathroom is a bit poor, but it is an advantage when you are waking up to use bathroom in the night ;)) - Sound insulation is not of high level, but it is understandable, as this is like large apartment with small rooms inside and each room is rented for different guests. You never know, who will get up earlier, who will behave louder and etc. - Lack of sink in common kitchen might be uncomfortable for someone

- Very friendly stuff, who will kindly answer all your questions and will stay in touch when necessary - Nice location with cafes and shops nearby - Clean room with all necessary supplies and bath accessories (even toothbrush). Cleaning was done everyday. - Common kitchen with water, coffee, tea and small snacks available - Terrace on the 4th floor to spend you free time (for example during breakfast)

The bed wasn't super comfortable, but it was fine, and we really appreciated the shared kitchenette and the tea, water, etc. that was available.

The place is in a great location, across from the train station and right next to a beautiful park with many things to see. The area has lovely buildings, and we saw a great band live when we went out to dinner just a minute's walk away!

Neat and clean accommodations, comfortable bed, towels and sheets of great quality, structure to prepare simple meals, attentive and helpful host, friendly staff, great location for those who want to be close to the old town, but in a safer and less busy neighborhood.

Excellent location, near train and bus stations. Beautiful Ciudadela Park behind the corner. A lot of restaurants around the pension. Clean bathroom and fresh towels. Very good looking accomodation, spacious room with comfortable beds, clean and fresh bedding. The common kitchen was nice as well, with coffe machine, tea, water and small snaks and all necessary cutlery, microwave and fridge. Lovely sunny roof terrace, the nicest with coffe in the morning. Building with elavator. Nice and helpful service. The whole staying was perfect. Access to the guesthouse and rooms using a code at any time. You can store your luggage if the room is not ready or after you leave. It was perfect staying for our family.

Great location, walk distance to city center and close to metro station. The room is comfortable although it’s not that big. It’s worth the price. There is refrigerator, Microwave and some bread in the shared common area of the house, where you can store some food and enjoy a simple breakfast if you want. Very friendly staff and quick response to all the queries. Good place to stay in Barcelona.

The shower door doesn’t seal well which causes the floor in the bathroom to get quite wet in the bathroom. If I was staying longer, I would have liked the option of breakfast and a receptionist available during the day -however, they do leave water and some small muffins for all guests in the main room which is nice, and there is an contact number to reach staff, but for emergencies only.

Staff who check us in kept in contact with us to ensure the room would be ready for us at the earlier time that was requested. She was very friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom is nice and the pictures present an accurate representation of the room you will be staying in -unlike a lot of other hotels I stayed at

Outstanding location. Despite being near the road it wasn't noisy at the room. The room might be a little bit bigger, however you have everything you need. Special kudos to the terrace with the view and free coffee.

I would’ve preferred to have my own kettle and utensils in the room rather in a shared space. But that’s not a big deal and just me being an introvert and wanting to avoid people. Bed was a bit too soft for me and had a bit of back pain from it.

Very central location. Right next to the train station and El Born neighborhood so lots of restaurants and bars nearby. My room had it own little balcony as well which I really appreciated.

Nothing. Even if located in a quite of a traffic area, the room was well isolated with double glazed windows. Maybe a slightly bigger table if someone wants to work with the laptop in the room.

Impeccable cleaning and many useful comforts provided, hot drinks, filtered water, pastry, coffee and teas. Chance to cook in. Highly recommended for those willing to discover one of the best area of Barcelona: Ciudadela y el born
