Pool it was super cold .For a region that the temperatures can drop below 20 degrees pool should be heated .

I know its not standard practice for Spain but I would have loved the pool to have been heated so that I could have used it when the outside air temperature was cold. I also would have liked kettle/tea and coffee in the room but this is because this is what I'm used to in UK and as this is not part of Spanish hotel culture it was totally acceptable not to have this. There was nothing to fault. The only reason the location score was not highest is because there was nothing to walk out to and we had to rely on transport but again, this was also a positive in a way because we got to enjoy a slower pace and all the hotel had to offer which was the best!

The food was delicious and good quality, such a wide range for breakfast, the lunch and evening three course meal choices were good and the staff were attentive, professional and knowledgable and polite. Even the olive oil and balsamic vinegar bottles were kept clean and free from finger prints which was so nice. The whole building was so clean and smelled lovely, so open and spacious yet also cosy and plush; such a lovely balance. I loved being able to walk around the landings. The gym was sufficient and the sauna hot. The pool was very lovely too. The staff on the front desk were so helpful with regard to anything at all, including advice with buses, booking taxis etc. The bar manager/tender was professional and lovely too. The room was cleaned to perfection each day. It was good to have the mini bar especially as we arrived 2am so was able to have a beer and water and the prices were excellent throughout the hotel for everything. The sofas were so comfy. The bedroom had a beautiful shower room and the storage and lay out was wonderful, with a big tv and comfy cuddle chair. The bed was extremely comfortable and the hotel was quiet at night. We really loved our stay there. Thank you so much for making everything perfect.

The only negative thing is about the breakfast. Both staff and food quality were lower than standard. I feel that the breakfast and restaurant are not under the same management as the hotel.

The room is big and clean. Staff at resepsjon and housekeeping are very polite, friendly, and helpful, especially Mrs. Mar and Mr Xaviar at reception. The hotel is nice , quiet and comfortable. The hotel is very clean 👌 There is a sauna, swimming pool, and parking.

Despite having a good selection of breakfast items, none of the ' hot' items were hot.

Excellent staff, helpful and friendly. Location is a good base for exploring the area and convenient for airport. Being in a business park not much to do nearby.

Signage for the underground parking should be more on eye hight ,because it is not easy to find , so high, between the palm trees . All over experience was wonderfull.

Rooms are a bit dated but ok...

Nice lobby, close to the airport. The staff is very helpful and efficient. I got an issue to get a taxi and Javier and Oscar from the front desk helped me a lot!! I will be so thankful forever, not always you find those kind of really committed people on their position.

We did find the bed to be very hard for us and we didn't sleep very well, the pillow was too flat, however, there was another pillow in the wardrobe, which we used. We were unable to use the coffee machine in the main reception because it had been cleaned ready for breakfast the next day.

I loved the bathroom especially the shower, a very large unit and the shower itself was fabulous. The Staff very friendly and helpful, the check out time is great. A large room.

Lovely Breakfast. Very comfy bed and nicely appointed bathroom. Public areas of the hotel were beautiful and well designed. Excellent parking underground or public carpark at the back of the hotel.
