Staff were super friendly, food was actually really good even if mains at dinner were a bit limited. Liked the early access to the park.

You need to pay extra to leave the bags with them. It is not fully a hotel, but only an extension of the park where you must pay for everything. It does not really feel like a hotel.

It is the closest hotel to the park. It was very convenient for the kids as we were going back to the hotel for naps or meals so we were not all day at the park. There was a nice pool too.

The air on in the room was not cooling enough and the access to the park could open earlier to be able to benefit from the early opening for the uncharted ride. Not just the 15mins prior to general admission

Only issue was the smell from the gutters near the restaurants. It smells very bad. I also suggest entertainment in the hotel in the evening. People would enjoy there much better while having a drink.

The access to the room was a long walk from the reception and it would have helped to have indications as which exit was closer to the reception and which one to the park entrance.

The location was great to access the parks (amusement and water). The surroundings were beautiful and well maintained. The staff was kind and very helpful all the time. Beds were very comfortable and the bedroom was quiet at night. The breakfast was very complete.

Some of the staff members seemed to have absolutely no knowledge of English (bearing in mind the number of tourists from international countries) and the hotel could do with some maintenance in common areas such as lifts. But assuming that these works are generally carried out during off-peak seasons. Although the hotel is overall good value for money, they make extra money from essentials such as vending machines (water was way too expensive) and although we were told that we would be able to stow luggage, we weren't advised until check out that there was a charge for using the hotel lockers.

The room was very comfortable, the location is excellent for access to the parks and the buffet breakfast and dinner had a variety of choices. Staff members were overall very responsive and eager to help. The pool was clean and not overly chlorinated. On the last day, as we had to check out at 11 and our flight wasn't until 7pm, the hotel makes gym facilities available to have a shower before departing.

We had a great stay, however there was a slight smell of sewers early in the morning throughout the resort hotel. This was fairly unpleasant.

Great location, wonderful vibe and theming. The rooms where a good size with a balcony overlooking the pool, which was nice and quiet.

Bathtub is bad, it makes the bathroom flood. Need to take care of this. Hotel needs a bit of attention to details and take care of them. Seems slovenly.

The halls of the hotel were so dirty, although the rooms and bathrooms inside were very clean. We didn’t have breakfast, cause we had no time; but I read that you had to book a slot which i didn’t know about it, as no one explained this to us.

I liked the convenience of being very close to the park. And all the staff were very kind.

We didn’t enjoy meal times at the hotel. Food was lovely however we were rushed at all times. You are given 40 minutes for breakfast and 1 hour for dinner. (Which isn’t mentioned when booking, if I would have known I wouldn’t have booked it) You are given a time slot so you must arrive before the allocated time, join a very long queue and wait to be seated. (At times, this took around 15 mins) you then have to order your drinks and wait for them to be brought to your table. On one night whilst all this had happened 20 mins of our hour had passed. We then had to join a long queue to get the food so by the time we sat down to eat we had half an hour left. 20 mins later the waiter came to tell us that our slot would end in 10 mins. This happened on different occasions both at breakfast and at dinner. I went to the reception to speak to someone about this as I thought it was unfair to be rushed even after they were the ones that were slowing down the process and we were told there was nothing they could do as it had nothing to do with them as it was another department. Which is also unfair as normally the team that work at the reception deals with any problems that might arise during your stay. You are on the go all day at the park and the last thing you need is to be rushed during dinner. I am sure they could find another way of providing this service.

Having 1 staff in the kiosk resulting in long ques to get a drink or icecream. No trolley to get the bags to the room as our room was so far from reception and no help from bill boy

Air conditioning has been modified so as you can’t turn it down to desired temperature in the name of ‘environmental’ This is simply not acceptable when paying good money to stay here! Fair enough in communal areas but in your own room you should have the right to choose what temperature you wish. Corridors and stairwells should be cleaner to reflect the rest of the resort. Felt these areas were neglected.
