Queuing for food, always seemed to be rushed but then it was a buffet and the hotel was extremely busy and peak season. Therefore we would choose to go at another time of the year. Also express tickets we bought extra but didn't realise all rides weren't included. For example Street Mission wasn't and my girls aged 6 and 9 wanted this so had to que, but they were too young or small for the bigger rides. This meant 4 rides we didn't go on. Perhaps have 10 rides you can use express and not specific to the rides. Eg. If they want street mission and log ride 3 times each and then a few others that works. Not just big always. Also a suggestion of shampoo in rooms, had to ask for it and toothpaste. Maybe also a kettle for tea and coffee. Other than that excellent place 🥰

On dinner there are no reservations and we waited 45 minutes in the queue just to go inside the restaurant. The food was medium in taste.

efficient check in, once you register at the beginning of the day you get your room key( which is also access ticket to the park) and when room is ready you get sms with room number. nice pool was very useful at noon when it was hot. lot of things to eat on dinner and breakfast (although in dinner the food level was not high)

there’s no public transport nearby apart from airport transfer and taxis aren’t always available. sometimes getting staffs attention is difficult.

fantastic staff, super helpful, proximity to theme park. be sure to check in online it’s much quicker.

Air condition in the room was old and could not compete with the weather to keed the room as cool as desired.

Great place to stay and enjoy the adventures. Direct access to the park from hotel is a layot missing in some other theme parks. Quite good buffet both for breakfast and dinner - better than was expected from the "wholesale fast food" machine it is due to the obvious amount of visitors to be catered.

PortAventura Hotel PortAventura Includes PortAventura Park Tickets + 1 access to Ferrari Land 2 adults. The room is very nice and PortAventura Park is a large area. the summer holidays, there are many people. not include tickets to the water park. You have to check the details.

not clean, the floor in the room dirty, all staff specks only local Spain / Nobody specks English. The receptionists was very unprofessional and impolite special with all foreign customers ( not Spanish).

The cleaning staff is quite forceful and do not really care if you are in your room. They enter emmediatly after one nock! Clients unfortunately consider that buffet means wasting countless amounts of food. There were hundreds of plates full to the brim with food at the end of their meal.

Check in wasn’t great we had a very early flight so we arrived at hotel at 10am we had already emailed about an early check in. We were travelling with a 5 year old who had been up since 3am we were told we were on the list for priority check in we got our room at 2.30pm and official check in was 3pm this was very disappointing. Our room smelt of smoke was offered another but far away from rest of group. Kept the same room and was told we would get air freshener this never happened throughout our stay. The queue process at reception is dire and a free for all. No inflatables and balls in pool disappointing as this is what kids love and feel it is parents responsibility to ensure they can do this safely. Lifeguards always blowing whistles and come across abrupt and rude at times.

Being so close to the park was great. The two swimming pools brilliant.

The room facilities might be better

It’s at the entrance of PortAventura park, so once you finish all rides in the park you can access right through. Breakfast and dinner buffet are totally recomendable
