We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SpainNo parking available at the hotel but plenty of spaces in and around the harbour. Could be a problem in high season but there is parking away from the seafront only a short walk away
Very pleasant room with usual amenities including a safe deposit box. Well decorated and with a small balcony directly overlooking the harbour and the sea. Small bathroom but well equipped and with an excellent shower. Perfect location for the harbour with plenty of bars and restaurants - especially those specialising in seafood. The main beach and Calpe town is easily reached via a seafront promenade. Good buffet style breakfast selection, mainly continental but with some hot items served in an airy room with an outside terrace area overlooking the harbour. The staff we encountered were friendly and efficient.

United KingdomWe didn't use the breakfast as it is too expensive. Offering a range of cheaper options would be better than a set price.
The hotel is very smart and is in a great location in the heart of the port area. So handy for bars and restaurants, the beaches are close by and there is a very good bus service. Our room was attended to every day by Vio, so thanks for that. Everything clean and tidy. The attached restaurant is very well priced and friendly. Thanks Lauren!

United KingdomWe stayed in a front sea view room, the room was great with a fridge, hairdryer and a large bathroom. There were the most amazing views from the balcony and bed, it was worth paying the extra amount for the view. Breakfast had a large choice of foods and all were fresh. There are lots of restaurants, bars and beaches nearby both on the promenades and roads behind the hotel. We walked into the old town and it took us 25 minutes of a leisurely stroll, but as I said there is lots to do nearby as well as the old town. Finally I must mention the parking, as we drove to the hotel I was worried as the hotel doesn't have a car park, but there is lots of free parking in the port and surrounding roads.

United KingdomJust fabulous for a three star hotel. Didn’t look promising from the outside, but the room was newly decorated, spacious, very comfortable bed, clean. Much nicer than we’d expected. Amazing view of the port. The breakfast, which we had chosen to include in our room rate, again surpassed expectations. Bright and clean dining room with an extensive selection of breakfast foods, good variety of fresh fruits, cereals, breads and pastries, gluten free options, as well as eggs, sausages etc., cold meats and cheeses, on a par with any 5* hotel. Staff all were welcoming and smiling.

I was a lady by myself and felt very comfortable in this hotel. I have stayed here several times before for that reason.The rooms are lovely, the views were nice and the buffet breakfast cater for everybody's taste.Will definitely stay here again.

GermanyBeds mattresses are very hard. It's something personal so not everybody may agree. No car parking from the hotel, so the car must be parked in the street. In high season this may be a problem.
The hotel is located right in front of the port of Calpe. It's easy to get to the beaches and to the different restaurants. The view is also very impressing with the Penyal d'Ifac in fornt of you. The penyal d'Ifac is also very easy accessible from the hotel. We had very nice rooms with view to the port. Personnel is very professional and nice. Breakfast buffet is good, nothing fancy but complete.
