Hotel exterior looks tired and some of the bedrooms need an uplift. Bar staff variable. Excellent the afternoon we arrived. Then the staff changed and the service declined. This could be that they needed more staff on duty.

Brilliant view of San Sebastián. Great sunsets. Very good communal area. Funicular railway for access into town brilliant.

Stay here for the view alone. The best view of the city. Rooms were so big and amazing value for money. Hotel is at the top of the hill and we were driving so all good but I can imagine the walk up would be a struggle

I feel that this hotel is such a wasted opportunity: incredible location and views but a fairly poorly-run establishment. The rooms feel a bit dated (my bathroom felt tired and the pipe under the sink leaked) and even check-in processes were cumbersome and slow. You'd think that the Accor organisation would work hard to correct these issues but I guess not.

Some of the best views I've ever enjoyed from any hotel in the world. The lobby/bar area looks out over the vast expanse of Atlantic ocean, while some of the rooms and other areas have incredible views of La Concha and San Sebastian.

Our room was freezing Not possible to turn heat on No blanket on bed. Just an already used blanket in wardrobe. Not acceptable, poor hygiene Lots of dust on light switch and surrounding area No mattress cover on 1st night.

Could only get bar snacks for dinner as a private function was on in the restaurant till 9.30pm. Was only told this when I asked at 7pm. And other restaurants are a drive or a very long walk away.

Reception staff friendly and helpful. The lounge and outdoor seating had amazing 180 degree views.

Not enough staff at the and the restaurant bar!!! Couldn’t get a drink and walked out. Not the staff fault they work really hard and very attentive. Poor management Taking to consideration the location of the hotel why there’s no transportation pre-arrenged from and to the hotel.

Obviously views from the hotel are amazing and hotel is pleasant and clean staff friendly. Good food.

On arrival at reception there was no one at the desk for several minutes. Poor explanation of facilities, or dining options. Bar staff extremely slow in attending to customers needs and drinks.

The hotel sits on a perfect position on top of Monte Igueldo. It gives fantastic views across the sea and the bay of San Sebastian. Hotel decor and furniture in excellent order. Great funicular rail trip down into the bay. €5 return for hotel guests.....

Welcome at the reception was below a 4 star hotel. It was not efficient nor welcoming, nor friendly. A phrase like „Welcome, we are happy to have you here“ would have done some good. Breakfast is ridiculous expensive.

If you have a car, the location on Mount Igueldo is good for a quiet holiday. I've walked down to the beaches and city centre and it is quite a hike. It is best to go by a taxi from the hotel but I've discovered it is not easy to get a taxi from the city area back. So I took the bus and walked up from the nearest stop.

The room is clean and spacious with a standalone bidet. Gorgeous view of the beach and city area from the room balcony. I can't say they have bad customer service but it's not good either. The only exception I'd make is the guy at the reception who helped me with my luggage to the taxi early in the morning at 6am. That's as memorable of the hotel as it gets.
