United KingdomIt’s a refurbished building that just reopened so hopefully in a few weeks/months will be perfect. We had several problems with the water in the room that made impossible to have a shower (the team was very supportive and did their best) There weren’t enough sun beds by the pool I got served glasses stained by lipsticks and grilled Fish served raw at their restaurant You don’t get toiletries refill in the room, on the last day I run out of shampoo while in the shower

NetherlandsI had a leakage in the room from the bathroom of the room above mine, the jet from the water tap in the bathroom was so strong/intense that as soon as I used it water was splashing everywhere (it is a tap that you can only switch on or off), the door to the balcony did not close properly, there are not enough elevators in the building so you share them with cleaners, builders, laundry, etc. Renovations are still going on. When relaxing at the pool the sound of the jackhammer was accompanying us. The pools are not heated so this time of year the water is quite chilly.
It is at a great location. Cala Llonga is een pretty village with lovely restaurants and a great beach. The hotel has very friendly staff. Breakfast is very good. The room has a good size and I had a nice view. It is nice that you can visit several restaurants in the hotel.

Netherlands1. After checkout, we stayed at the pool for the day but there was no possibility to take a shower and no changing room. 2. Mini-bar cost a fortune. 3. Music a bit too loud at the main pool area (there is another pool with no music tho).
Great breakfast, nice restaurants, ferry to formentera is just outside of the hotel, friendly staff, nice gym, good views from the bar.

Gorgeous setting and views, rooms were new and well laid out and gorgeous decor. Loved the sliders and robes in the room, breakfast buffet 10/10. Good quality room service. Brilliant location with easy access to the beach and ferry to formentera.

NetherlandsThey put us in another small room instead of a suite without even telling us, the next day it was corrected after we complained a lot. In our room the smell was bad, there were clearly some sewer difficulties. Breakfast was ok, not special.

PolandThe only thing I’d change a bit is valet parking - due to the fact hotel has common small parking with Mondrian, often valet guys park your car on another parking outside the hotel, therefore you have to wait a bit for your car. But it is a matter of few minutes so you can live with that :)
Fantastic staff, amazing views, extraordinary breakfast! Definitely has the boho style vibe, rooms are very beautiful (we had the VIP sea view) and the overall impression is great!

The rooms were gorgeous, the staff were awesome- so friendly and genuinely interested in what we were up to! We couldn’t fault the service + staff at all! The location is beautiful + the rooms are great. Super clean and spacious! We were a group of 7 girls and felt very looked after by the staff!

Only thing was that because it had only been open 4 days prior to our arrival, the telly in the room didn’t work and there were no cups to use with the coffee machine in the room. However neither of these made any difference to our stay at the hotel. It is brilliant!
As it is a brand new hotel it was spotlessly clean and top quality furnishings and decor. Pools and the beds were amazing too. Best part has to be the superb restaurant, where we had breakfast with the most amazing views! Every member of staff were the most friendly we have ever met!

IrelandPool bar food is ridiculous priced (example Club Sandwich is €22 and prices rise from here), but I presume it all depends on your budget. Watch out for guests: You will have the usual tourist charge added at check in (€4.40 per person per day). This is unavoidable as it's a government charge. You will also be asked to pay\hold on your card €100 per day of your stay ( 7 day stay is €700 held/blocked on your card). Just be aware of these charges, and to be clear, I would absolutely stay here again and pay the charges. Money return on check out.
Gorgeous hotel. Pools are beautiful, and sunbeds are perfect for couples. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms are kept to a very high standard. Great location. If you want to switch off from the world, this is the location

ItalyWe had to keep the shower and the sink’s drains completely opened for the overall stay (5 nights) because the water could not flow down. This was said to the stuff but the situation remained unchanged. The sink in the bathroom was the smallest ever seen. When you wash your face in the morning there is high chance you will wash your feet as well. Despite the fact there is a big tv in the room is on the side of the bedroom so Very uncomfortable to watch. Prices of the food and beverages are a question mark (9 euros for a bottle of water…??) plus , if you order the room service you’ll be applied a service fee of 10 euro if you order both food and drinks and 5 euro for just drinks. The position of the room we were given was very close to the parking and the street and you could hear anything happening outside, so the sleep has not been great at all.
