Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The room was top floor (4th) and had exposed wood beams, plenty of light from skylight and windows, a huge comfy bed and nice bathroom.

Fabulous location and spacious room and bathroom. Room was very quiet. Central to transport and tourist sites - walking distance to many tourist sites. 24 hour reception so handy for late/early check-in/out.

United StatesThis is not the fault of the staff or the property but the hotel is not quiet. Madrid is a very late night city so there are people being loud in the corridors and outside on the street at all hours. I chose a hotel in a central location so the fault of not being able to sleep with all the pedestrian noise is mine. Just alerting others who are not night owls that this may not be the property for you.
The staff won the Gold Star for this property. I had several issues during my stay that the staff resolved without hesitation. The location of the property is excellent. Easy walk to many beautiful sights and museums.

GermanyThe door at the breakfast room! Most of the guests are unable to close the door (a simple easy door!🙄), the waitress spends her time closing politely the door before the room gets too cold. It shouldn't be part of her job! Change to an automatic door, thanks for her and the people who try to keep their breakfast warm. The cup of coffee was too small to start my day.😅
The hotel is very well located and lovely. The room was confortable and clean. The bathroom perfectly clean! The personal was nice, discreet and very helpful.
