How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

Beach 15 minute walk further than we thought
Staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a good location for the city centre

Breakfast very very limited. Just toast and some not so nice jam. Though the bread itself was tasty. Coffee from a pod machine thingy, bit of a let down. Only had it once, went in to town after day one.
The friendliness was great. The room was clean. Loved the shower. Bed very comfy. Room very small, but adequate I guess. No sound proofing, could hear next door clearly, even the snoring.. so that bit, not so good. Location fantastic. About half way up the town, everything on the doorstep, can't fault that. We did enjoy the stay for sure. Reception girls were great.

Breakfast is very small, coffee tea 2 small muffin orange juice, milk and fruit 🍊 and apple 🍎 😅

Lovely small place with attention to detail. The lady at reception was awesome and so helpful 🙏. Location is perfect and the garage is secure. I would return with pleasure.

Indication of stairs in the description for rooms 4 and above, if people have difficulty.
Breakfast was really good. The location was ideal for the town bars and restaurants. Staff were exceptional, friendly, helpful and very amiable. keep it up......

All was super great!
The room was very clean and cleaning was done every morning, even during weekends. Very comfortable bed, good pillows, huge shower. The receptionist was incredibly supportive and friendly: advised on every single thing, shared great places to visit. In our case we had less nice reason to visit the city, so the ladies in Hotel were very attentive and took amazing care of us. It’s great place to stay: great wifi, comfortable location: you may easily reach out to all bars, restaurants, shops, church, theatre, market and bus stations. Also very close - 10 min walk to the beach. It’s a great place to return!

Could be a bit noisy with some inconsiderate guests
Small, cozy property in the centre of the town. Very friendly and helpful staff. Well presented and simple breakfast with great fresh orange juice. Parking garage too small for our car with roof box but large, free public parking two minutes away. Great location for cycling in the hills and the Via Verde trail. Lots still open even in November.

We will definitely be staying here again! Our new top hotel when travelling to France from Spain... Staff were brilliant, so helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The whole hotel is well maintained and the facilities are great. Lovely breakfast 10/10 all round.

The bathroom was slightly small.
Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly but unable to speak English, I am in their country so I understand, google translate was very helpful lol.

This was the most charming hotel! Beautifully decorated, immaculately clean, the most friendly women running the place, a delightful breakfast, and an ideal central location for exploring Benacassim. I would recommend this hotel to anyone stopping by Benacassim for any length of time. The parking was also a big plus!

Lovely little hotel in a good location. Ideal for all the local bars and restaurants. The staff were really friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make our stay really enjoyable. We will definitely come back again.

No fresh fruit for breakfast or no real choice. I was just presented with a breakfast tray some of which I didn’t want.
It’s located in the centre of the town with its own underground parking and very close to the best bars and restaurants in town. A very caring owner with a staff of a similar attitude. I will stay there again

Heating required some time and instructions to warm up room. No way to turn main light off from bed...OK I'm lazy..!
