A little strange smell from the bathroom pipes probably due to old building, the building the room is located was a little old so a renovation is needed.

There was no such a thing that we didn't like.

Absolutely everything was perfect! The apartment self was really nice and comfy, and the view from the balcony was truly astounding. Also our welcoming host, Pepe, was on the place waiting for us with the keys, even though we came quite late, after midnight. Highly recommended place!

The building in which the apartment is located is very old.

The view is stunning at any time,right on the beach,the equipment of the apartment is simple but sufficient.it is good to know that the terrace is on the side where the sun does not shine.

I wish we could have stayed longer ! Absolutely nothing bad to say about this place. If you get the chance, book it !

The view is the obvious highlight of this flat. It's the kind of places where you go and just feel you're lucky to be there. The owner's dad met us to give us the keys, he was very friendly and provided all the necessary information. He was very understanding and flexible with checkin and check out times. As I've seen in a few other comments, the flat is more like a big studio but who cares, you'll be spending your time on the terrasse anyway!! The flat was spotless clean, the bed was comfortable, the shower was lovely and we even used the kitchen, which we rarely do when renting a flat, which says a lot about how comfortable we were here. It's good to know that to go to the beach you need to go down the equivalent of 3-4 floors with the stairs, so not recommandable for people who might struggle with that. If that's not a problem then you should love it, it feels so VIP to be on the beach and just go up to your flat through these private stairs, that are literally on the beach. We didn't use the swimming pool (shared in the residence) but passed through it and it looked lovely. The flat is also really well connected if you want to go out, just a few minutes walk to la Nogalera where all the LGBT bars are, plenty of restaurants, the train station, the city center... We didn't want to leave !!

Property was not advertised, it does not state that it is a studio. Heated pool was not heated despite owner confirming that it was. No concierge at desk ever. Very old noisy elevators. Very many steps to beach. Balcony is north facing, no sun at any time of the day.
