The pool area is quite small but with the beach right across the road we were happy regardless .

The hotel is in a beautiful location there is a Sunday market right outside on Sundays the beach is a stone throw away the hotel is spotless and the staff are very welcoming and kind especially Nico he is a gentleman . We would definitely stay here again it's just the place for a nice relaxing time ..

I cannot single out anything that I didn’t like.

The staff were amazing, the location is unbeatable and the facilities are great. The food at the hotel restaurant was great too and I really recommend the buffet breakfast. Overall an amazing experience - highly recommended!!

The breakfast and dinner were amazing, many options to choose everyday. The staff was very friendly, warm and kind all the time. The beach is in the front of the hotel and the town is quiet and peaceful 😉

Given our budget price, we were assigned a room in the second Fergus Hotel building behind main hotel. Had access to all the facilities but would have been nicer (and more expensive) in main hotel.

Great location in the center of the boardwalk facing Porto Cristo. Lovely historic hotel with tasty buffet dinner. Friendly helpful staff. Good value for money.

No aircon or heating when we were there. So opened the balcony doors at night and were bitten by mosquitoes 🦟. Hot for us with doors closed but others were cold. I’m sure this is just the season change over.

Such a wonderful location. A very special mix of peaceful beautiful views, shopping and restaurants on your doorstep, and a perfect beach. Staff were all very friendly. Breakfast was great. Sunday market was brilliant.

The rooms are a bit small în size and look a bit dated. The SPA is included, but since it closes at 6 PM and opens ar 11 AM, we didn't get the chance to use it.

The location is superb ... right by the port and the beach. The breakfast was very good - nice variety of dishes and sweets. The beds were comfortable, we were able to have a good rest.

It was a 2 separate beds in the room instead of a big one.

The spa hours were very bad. I paid extra for the spa each day of my stay and it wasn’t even open on Mondays (which was one of my days). It also closed at 6pm which is not conducive to a beach town as the only time I would want the spa is early morning or after dinner and neither of those times it was open.

This was an excellent hotel with the best location! The staff were friendly and helpful. I got upgraded to a sea-view room free of charge which was wonderful. The bed was comfy and the room was spacious with a wonderful balcony overlooking the beach. The hotel was a 2 min walk from the beach and had plenty of restaurants and cafes around it.

Found the spa not up to standard. Pool water cold and very little steam in steam room.

Excellent location with superior facilities (spa, gym, restaurant). Room was modern, clean and the perfect size. Breakfast was the best I have had in Mallorca, and dinner at the restaurant was also excellent. Excellent value generally. Personnel very pleasant and helpful.
