We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomI enjoyed everything! The swimming pool area is not huge, so at busier times, you might not find a bed to enjoy the sun.
Wonderful staff and great location at walking distance from Cala Llonga beach. Excellent communication throughout my stay. There are lots of options for restaurants and supermarkets if you fancy cooking your meal at The Olive. The accommodation was big, squeaky clean, and very comfortable. There is also a gym and a small spa (which unfortunately I didn't have time to use).

United KingdomI can't think of anything... I suppose the signage at the front could have been better (we weren't sure if we were in the right place when our taxi rolled up).
Loved our stay at The Olive. Our flight was a little delayed but we received a text message from the front desk saying they would still be there waiting for us. VERY happy about a surprise room upgrade on arrival too! We were on the 3rd floor, with a balcony. The room was gorgeous. Bigger than I had imagined. The roof terrace was a surprise, the pool area was really clean and lovely. Breakfast was good (granola, fruit & yogurt plus another dish of something on toast). Pool bar being open all day also meant poolside cocktails... The staff were SUPER friendly and the spa was also a lovely little extra. The beach/town was closer and a little quieter than I had imagined.

You have everithing, restorants, beach, supermarket … Since we are from Serbia, this tipe of breakfast is not so usual for us, but we loved to try something different, kids like croasan.

The best part was our breakfast every morning. The lady who helped us was SUPER and the breakfast itself was also delicious, we could get what we asked for...the service was also great. What we also loved was the possibility of doing a simple workout in the gym. Tip, ask for a room on the ground-floor ;-)

SwitzerlandThe breakfast was great the first two days (croissants, fruits and a coffee) but got boring the days after. Nevertheless we didn't expect any breakfast at all, so I cannot claim that this was bad. However the hotel should be new, however we felt like that the room has already had some years (no hot water after a certain time in the shower, the heating boiler had a leak, the terrasse from the room besides us had much more furniture).
We (young family) stayed there in October for a week. The location was hardly to find, because there was no sign of the hotel (specially if you arrive at night) The location itself was great, close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The staff is nice and friendly and always try to give their best.

SwitzerlandUnfortunately this hotel is more like a serviced apartment with the price-tag of a hotel. Reception is in an odd spot. No safes. The key to the doors are not very safe. The hotel smells like chlorine. Breakfast is limited, industrial and not enough tables. We waited for a table every day. The rooms / common areas are extremely noisy with no insulation, we had very noisy neighbours until the wee hours above us. With small children this was an issue. We came during the very end of the off season so I can't imagine how noisy this would be in Summer. Not enough pool beds and many people get up early to reserve them. Our room's rain shower could not be used as the drainage in the shower is faulty (or blocked) and the bathroom floods. I am not sure about the other rooms but the room did not look like the photos. This hotel has a glamorous Instagram account, but in person it is let down by cheap finishes that are already starting to wear. Beds and pillows extremely uncomfortable, and our 2 children had to share a strange make-shift sofa bed. Perhaps we are spoiled but we expected far better quality from other comments and the photos presented.
Staff are extremely nice. Location is walking distance to Amante.
