Very big and spacious, perfectly placed in the center of Valencia.

It was very loud at nighttime (noise from outside the door and upstairs) and therefore difficult to fall asleep.

+ Curtains in front of the bed + Powerplug and light next to the bed + Bar downstairs for getting a drink + Hostel offers activities + Clean + Close to downtown and a nice stroll through the park to get to the Ciudad des Artes

On the 4th floor quite busy in toilet/tooth brushing area in morning and evening time. Bleeping door when people enter dorm room.

Very central location in historic town. Comfortable wide dorm beds with curtains. Well kept & clean. Nice spacious lobby and guest kitchen. After breakfast time - during daytime - free coffee & tea. Friendly & helpful staff.

You could hear everything from the road through the closed windows and sometimes at night this can be very annoying. One more thing that bothered me is that at breakfast the tables were dirty and full of trash, considering the fact that there was like three staff member standing and chatting in the bar.

Very good location, the beds with the curtains provided enough privacy which was nice. The bathrooms were always clean, good cleaning company!

Waking up with a very loud alarm. I guess it was the day of checking out for all the roommates. Then it would make sense. But since I stayed only for a night I can't be sure.

Most things you have in the hostel. Just remember it's a big place with lots of people. There's a big nice lobby and a lot of toilets/showers. So it's big but not very croudy. I liked the big beds (im 195cm tall) with curtains.

Only one morning I had trouble reaching the hot water for shower but it didn't happen again and other than that everything was so good!

The hostel is located close to the centre and walkable to anywhere. The room and the general area were clean and the bed was comfortable. There was also a small balcony, which makes it more pleasant. The common area was huge with a kitchen as well and sometimes they offered delicious free food! The staff was so nice and helpful! I would definitely stay again!

Unsteady top bunk and ladder. Didn't feel steady for someone who's 11 stone. The ladder was bending and creaking, however the mattress was comfortable

The check in time was at 14:30 and I arrived at somewhere around 13:15 hours. However, I was made to wait till 16:00 and I got the room only upon asking even after 16:00. I was tired and it was a bit inconvenient for me. The staff didn't seem friendly about it.

The beds were clean, washrooms were clean as well. Even though there were 8 beds, the rooms was quite spacious. The location was perfect, very close to the old town and a lot of bus stops nearby to go to other parts of the city.

Everything was amazing, the location was absolutely the ideal and the stuff was really helpful and friendly. The dorms where perfect, such a positive point that security and privacy where 100% . The breakfast was really cheap and worth it. If one day I decided to come back to the city, The river hostel will be my first option!! Gracias por Todo!

Breakfast was super crowded and not enough seats for everyone, also was a pity they couldn’t provide money exchange for coins to use the laundry machines. Also, the free walking tour that is advertised isn’t free.

The overall vibe is not very modern and some of the furniture did seem a bit old but as a solo traveller I had a very comfortable night stay

I stayed in a 10 bed sharing dorm but the rooms are designed in a way where it doesn't feel very crowded. The location is very nice and the building is beautiful! They also have a very nice lobby where you can sit and work or chill which was nice to see especially for a hostel. They also offer free unlimited coffee and water which is great. Also the breakfast for 3.90€ was very nice and totally value for your money. They mostly had young, English speaking people at the reception who were extremely friendly and very easy going. Cleanliness and comfort was very nice overall!

No bike storage facilities although they did agree to keep it overnight in an office until 0800. If you need bicycle storage apparently the pod hostel will keep them in reception.

I spent just one night, as I was travelling the following day early in the morning. The location was great to have a walk around the city centre and foot distance to the tube station to get to the airport.

Al was good. But the construction on my floor started around 10am, it was unexpected. And some showers need to be checked and fix

Staff was helpful. You can leave your bag before check-in or after check out. They offer you free water and coffee during the day. You can buy beer or some other drinks, but you can pay only by card. Common area is useful for remote workers. There are curtains around the bed so can disconnect. There is plug and reading light for every bed individually. Reception is open 24 hours. Commen area is closed between 12:30 am to 5 am. I asked for a lock, they gave it to me and they didn't charge for it. They offer breakfast for 4€, I skipped but I saw many people were enjoying it. The kitchen was useful and clean. There are 4 fridges so you can find a place for your food. There is toaster, microwave and utensils. Their internet was good at the common area and in the room. There are chargers everywhere in the common room. Location is not exactly at the center but it is very close and walking distance to the main touristic points. I recommend you to start your city tour Torres del Serrans and it is very close to the hostel. Near the hostel there is Jardin del Turia, nice path to run in the morning or walk around the green area. Hostel is close to the Alameda metro stop, around 10 minutes walk. You can come to the Alameda stop from the airport without transfer. I cost for me 5.80€ (1€ for the card). My room had window doors and they were useful. They dont give you towels, it costs extra. And there is not any shampoo or shower gel in the showers, this is a hostel. There is soup at the sinks. It was clean but some showers need a little maintenance. There is a big enough space under de bed to put your bag and lock it. I think a carry on bag can fit there, and any kind of bag pack can fit there too. There is nice energy at the common area. Place organizes some city tours like pub crawl. It was a nice experience, thank you.

The lighting the bathroom and shower room turn off automatically in a short period of time. Very inconvenient. The water system has the same problem 😩😩😩

It would be great to have a small space for phone, water bottle or other stuff next to the bed. But all in all are satisfying. :) Had a great time during the stay.
