We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IrelandBenicasssim was very quite during our stay in June. It's not like other Spanish tourist areas. It wasn't a problem to us as we were just looking for a quiet place to chill and relax. The staff said in July and August all the Spanish and French holiday there and it gets very busy then.
It was a lovely relaxing holiday. 5 days of just chilling. Full board and food was fantastic. Reasonably priced drinks.

All staff so helpful and cheerful. Very clean hotel in beautiful location right beside the beach. Always plenty of sunbeds even though it was peak time during FIB festival. Very enjoyable stay

Simply everything. The rooms were supremely comfortable with near silent air-conditioning, the bathroom facilities were first rate with excellent walk in shower. Large airy circulation areas, restaurant with comprehensive buffet, good quality food. There is simply nothing I disliked about this property save that we weren't guaranteed a secure parking space and had to leave the car unsecured in the street. Mix of age groups and family friendly. If you want to be in Benicassim then be in the Trinimar.
